Former regular customers. Ordered delivery, and specified that I didn't have a menu but I wanted a salad, and was gf. (So no bread or croutons). I thought I had ordered a chicken mushroom salad before, guy (I didn't get his name) said Tuscany chicken would be ok. So I said ok. Also ordered for son and husband. Delivery took about an hour. I checked my salad, was hot with a lot of melted cheese and I didn't see any croutons, so I said it should work. The bread, I noticed, I usually give my son (not the first time they didn't get this right). Have been in the store before and manager? Has been loud and argumentative with other customers who have a problem, so I usually dont complain I just have them fix it. I ordered because at my grandmother's, Was cleaning her house out, with no phone or way to eat there. so when I ordered they didn't have her number to know we were regular customers. Also why I didn't get to eat right away to know there was a problem with my order. I finally sit down with my family, hungry, tired, and under the cheese, is loaded with many soggy croutons. I am allergic to wheat, so I call and say that I had ordered delivery and there was a problem with my order. My husband was already upset because there was so little meat on his sub, he didn't even know if it was a cheeseburger sub or not but again, he wasn't even going to say anything. Just chalk it up to a bad experience. The manager? Starts getting loud with me and says, what am I talking about? I was shocked because I wasn't loud or argumentative with him, but now I was angry. He said I never ordered gf, he was going to have to call me a liar. He said he would check the security cameras and verify. I said he could check it all he wanted, it didn't change that he didn't LISTEN when I said it, he never verified that I did. My husband, in the background said I did, and when he heard him, he got very irate, and said to put that @$$hole on the phone to say that. My husband has a temper, and I didn't want him getting upset because he has no problem when confronted. He got on the phone, at first calm, to say a business owner shouldn't be confrontational with customers, and he had witnessed this before from him with other customers. The manager said the customer isn't always right, the customer is usually an @$$hole. Wow. My husband asked are you calling me an @$$hole? And what his problem was, for getting loud with both of us, regular customers? I just had a problem with my order that I addressed when I ordered, because I always do so they know but he just wasn't listening when did. The manager? Said come down and say that to him? That he was a man, but my husband wasn't man enough to say that to his face and he would kick his @$$? Wow. Seriously? My husband said we would NEVER order from them again, he wasn't going to set foot there again, and hung up. I called the police department to say that we were harrassed by him, and if my husband HAD gone down, he would have been the one in the wrong for confronting the manager. Police verified problems with this same business owner, that he shouldn't even be one, but there wasn't anything they could do. To just leave a review. So here it is. Place is too busy, manager is rude, incompetent, doesn't listen, then confrontational with customers, and apparently thinks that they are all just @$$holes. I understand they get busy, stressed, but everyone is. Don't need more drama or problems in an already difficult time. Just Fyi- trying to incite people over the phone isn't at ALL what a man is. That's just a little boy throwing a tantrum. A man LISTENS. Keeps calm with problems. Control. Any idiot can give into anger and start...
Read moreI have been going to this restaurant since it opened. When they first opened, the food was fresh, the beverages tasted good and the customer service was outstanding!
Today I got off the phone with the owner who told me after a miscommunication between my order that "I don't play your games... You're making me out to be the bad guy when it was your fault." I don't care what happens but a PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS OWNER should not say those things to a customer.
I ordered a large pizza 2 weeks ago and was there with some of my students. The young kid who took my order said he would cut them up in 16 pizzas. I didn't know he was doing this because of my students- that was never communicated. So when I ordered again this week for my entire class of first graders, I just ordered two large pizzas... thinking they would be cut into 16 pizzas. Nope. 8 slices and a room full of hungry students. Was it my misconception? Yes. And when I called and explained that they should explain that and keep their slices consistent, he said the above statements. Rude! Plain Rude. I work in a school with 60 teachers--- and word travels.. I will not eat at this restaurant anymore..
Ps. You should clean your lines in the soda machine- it doesn't...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible customer service ! Delivery driver was very rude said if I don't tip they won't deliver to my house ever again, the only reason I didn't is because I had a bad experience from the same driver 2 days prior which was my bday . I give this place alot of my business, sad the food is good but not good enough to be treated like that ! I tried calling to talk to the manager which was a joke ! No wonder the driver was disrespectful I see where he learned it . Lost my business ! My family came from out of town who absolutely loves their food was looking forward to their pizza, no more business from them either. You just don't demand a tip from people and treat them like that , no law you have to tip or no service ! Then the "manager" tried calling me back 2x after I hung up on him he was so rude and wouldn't tell me he was the manager kept saying pickup or delivery when I said I need to speak to a manager never addressed himself as himself as that, kept saying may I help you , never saying this is the manager . I had him on speaker my whole family heard how rude he was .Said I should come in and handle this ! Never again ! He said he was the owner after all of...
