This has to be the worst burger king around, anywhere. Food is usually stale, particularly the chicken nuggets and fries, rarely are they even close to fresh, they feel and taste like they have been on a warmer for several hours.
The whole building is in poor condition, with staff hanging around outside the front door on their cell phones while relaxing, often with a cigarette. They also frequently run out of particular items, soft drinks, frozen drinks, specialty menu items, on more than one occasion my delivery driver has called to say an ordered item cannot be fulfilled, I then have to accept the order minus the item without any refund, I always order via the BK app.
On one occasion we could not have the frozen drink ordered on our pick up order as 'the machine was currently on a preprogrammed cleaning cycle' who, please......... who puts their frozen drink machine on a cleaning cycle at 12.15pm? Quite possibly one of the busiest times of their day.
Do not get me started on how slow they are, I mean the food is clearly sat on a warmer, how long does it take to bag it?
On several occasions now we have had poor service including missing items at the window and poor delivery service with many missing items several times. I often find the staff to be rude, just handing you a bag and closing the window before I can ask if this is in fact my complete order, should I wait for more or drive off?
I now refuse to use this burger king anymore, we were customers at least twice a week, lets hope they close it and replace it with an establishment that is more focused on appropriate recruitment and training for staff.
When I call to complain my order is incomplete I have a smart mouth on the other side of the phone telling me I have complained no less than 3 times recently for missing items, like I am out to waste my time fake complaining looking for a free stale burger, no smart mouth, I am complaining 3 times because you messed up 3 times recently, often I don't bother complaining, unless it is a large or multiple items.
Reading the most recent reviews it seems I am not alone in my negative experiences here. There is obviously a reason why you rarely ever find more than 2-3 cars in line here, even at busy times-
There also appears to have been a new 'Manager' at this location, not sure of exactly when they were hired but the service and quality of food has decreased incredibly in the last 3-6 months.
Not surprised burger king as a company is no longer thriving.

Read moreI've gone to this one for a while and it's usually alright. Today, I waited 25 minutes, which I can understand if things are busy. I get to the window and go to give them my card. They tell me that their credit card machine is acting up, and the person at the window is nice and says it's possible if we wait 5 minutes it may start working again. A coworker behind her tells her there probably isn't a point with how it currently is. Then a different older coworker said in a short and possibly annoyed tone asks me if I have cash to pay with. I answer no. She then with an attitude and anger proceeds to tell me that they can't help me then at all so I must leave. Very disrespectful way to respond, especially since I did nothing wrong and was only being polite. Sadly with how this day went, this BK may stop being one of my go to places. I guess their definition of fast food isn't the same as every other fast food chain. My service was so slow I decided to email the manager. He offered me free value meals, & I was so disgusted with their service that I never took him up on his offer. Today I decided to stop and get some chicken nuggets because they're on special. I'm in the drive thru, there is one car in front of me, no one behind me, & I waited over 5 minutes. I was so tired of waiting, I hopped a curb to get out of line.
