Service at this location is absolute ridiculous and possible health violations by the pictured employee. I had to wait nearly 10 minutes teevan place on order because the only one working the front was the manager apparently because the pictures employee was supposedly cleaning the bathrooms. He closed both bathrooms down, which is a violation in itself if the restaurant is open, and claimed that there was bleach all over both of them so none of them could be opened up until he was done But since it had become busy he was no longer cleaning the bathrooms and was back serving me my food!?! I simply asked for an ETA on bathroom availability and the pictured employee was extremely short and very rude so I spoke with management ... he stood behind her while I was talking to her basically mocking me and smirking the whole time, interjecting with arguements every now and again until finally I spoke up telling Mgmnt and she told him to go away. Then, 15 minutes later he finally finished the bathrooms (there was a party there before us that had already left at this point that said they were closed when they arrived). Read moreI've been going to this Carl's Junior for a really long time easily 20 years no exaggeration and the food quality as well as service has varied throughout sometimes I was there every single day 4 months and at other times there would be a year or two I wouldn't even walk in but recently I have been in love with the French toast sticks and the hash browns and their store hours are surprisingly twenty-four hours a da recently which is extremely rare with the virus especially so so I was helped by a lady named Jenny the other morning and she was wonderful customer service so sweet my order was absolutely perfect the food was so hot and so fresh I feel like I was sitting at the kitchen table and she cooked especially for me I mean I I could go on and on about both the food quality Service everything it was absolutely impeccable and I specifically asked her for her name because I want her to be recognized and I just I really appreciate when a job is done so perfectly I can't wait to go back and get breakfast again I wish they had it 24 hours a day it puts all the other fast-food places to shame no joke I'm back n Jenny should own this...

Today I had a highly unpleasant experience at this Carl’s Jr. due to the conduct of a manager named Hugo Plaza. A minor issue with a discount code quickly turned into an uncomfortable encounter because of his unprofessional, rude, and condescending behavior — toward both me and one of his own employees.
Rather than working toward a solution, Hugo acted like I was wasting his time. He made no effort to de-escalate the issue, and instead took a tone that was arrogant and completely out of line. No customer should ever be treated this way, and no employee should be publicly disrespected by their manager.
This kind of toxic leadership should not be tolerated. I hope the franchise owner or corporate office looks into this and takes corrective action. I will not return to this location unless I know the issue has been addressed — and that includes holding Hugo Plaza accountable for his...
