Starbucks — Restaurant in Newport Beach

I order Trent's black teas for my boss! I've been a faithful client for over 23 years! This store is not about service or quality! The employees get offended and all we want is consistency! What we have gotten was drinks done too dark and when we humbly try and correct it the baristas have been offended and reacted in very negative ways! I won't go back to that store! The culture is toxic and the employees are not friendly especially when not standing behind the barista promise! I've been super patient and even spoke with the manager! This appears to be a culture where trying to correct a drink made below standard is likened to an offensive slur rather than striving for excellence! I left that store disappointed and unwilling to return! This is the third strike and it's speaking loudly to me to to find another provider like Dutch Bros! You're not the only game in town and your posture toward faithful customers is not coming from love and that is my issue! We normally come to this Starbucks all the time and the staff are usually great except this one employee. We do not know her name since she did not have a name tag. As we came in, my mom ordered her usual drink that is a bit complicated. When we tried explaining what to do to help this girl, she rolled her eyes and gave us an attitude since she did not like being told what to do. My mom paid extra for this drink and for such poor quality, the drink tasted awful since it was not made correctly.
