Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Newport Beach

I'm not the type to review fast food (well I guess I am now) but this place was just bad. Incredibly slow service, the guy/girl that helped was just blatantly rude (gave me a dirty look for walking in and saying 'excuse me' since they were literally blocking the door as I walked up?!? Then huffed and puffed as they took my order... I'm sorry if you hate working there go somewhere else!), and then when the food finally came out it was literally dripping grease and the "bacon" was basically raw and inedible. Next time I'll just drive somewhere instead of going to this place despite it being walking distance...

Worst customer service at any Carl's junior that I have ever experienced!!

I went inside and ordered at the counter and the young lady that helped me could not be less interested in what I wanted. She acted more like a robot than listening to what I wanted to order. I ordered a famous star combo with with no onions, cheese, and a bottle of water. She kept insisting that I needed to have a cup And I said no I want a bottle of water. Plus with her very thick accent and mask it was extremely hard it's extremely hard to understand what she was saying. They really should teach their employees how...

The food is good but can be cold at times such as for the double western cheese burger. So maybe not freshly made?

Also the prices are very high.

And all too often the Spanish speaking order taker at the drive through does not have a clue what you just said so you repeat yourself over and over again. And they do not know what their specials are at any given time. I have to tell them it is the one depicted in the huge poster plastered on the window of their place.

The dining area is very clean. The bathroom is horrible. You feel sick leaving the stink of that room. Obviously management is...
