Pacific Kitchen — Restaurant in Newport Beach

As someone with a hospitality management degree and food service background, I was incredibly disappointed by the poor attitudes of the staff here. While they may deal with high-net-worth individuals who are indifferent, that's no excuse to treat all customers with hostility.

One staff member, a female who seems to be the head chef with a tattoo on her arm, stands out for her consistently unwelcoming demeanor--never greeting customers, offering cold stares, and rushing people out. This is far from the hospitality standard.

Employees here clearly need retraining, if not replacement. Until the owner addresses these issues, I can't recommend this place to anyone who values...
