Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Newport Beach

Employees lack of service has gone downhill at this location. Where is management??

No stars! Customer service continues to be awful at this location. I've been getting a Reg lettuce and tomato sandwich once a week from this location and Mission V location and tell cashier they charge me for a kids sub since I get no cheese and no veggies other than lettuce and tomato on bread. The tall black guy from across the room kept telling the cashier in the same loud voice I should be charged for a Reg veggie. I continued to say I was confused and get the same sandwhich every week from this location, instead of him explaining they aren't doing that anymore and that I'd be charged $11 for tomato and lettuce sandwhich, he embarrassed me in front of the others in the line by continuing to tell me no they can't do that, when I've been getting it that way for months. Horrible customer service and continuous yelling from where meat is sliced to cashier should not be tolerated by management. I use this location for catering at our company events and I'll never go to this location ever again. I plan on writing the manager directly as well as franchisee and the corporate office. Perhaps management should look at reviews and figure out why this store rates much lower than other Jersey Mikes on some...

When there's a Jersey Mike's in the area, you can rest assured that you're going to get quality subs unlike their $5 foot long competitors. ;)

If you're tech-savvy, download the Retail Therapy app in order to take advantage of their deals. At the time of this writing, I got a 6-inch sub for free with the purchase of another 6-inch sub. That's some good savings!

Now I will admit that the subs here can be pretty pricey, but they're definitely justified. I was craving a Philly cheesesteak and knew that I had to have one from Jersey Mike's because there wasn't anyone else in the area that I could trust with making this beloved sandwich.

The shop can get pretty busy even if it isn't lunch hour and if you're not ordering a cold sub then it will take a few minutes to cook up your meat. The upside is that they are always super hot, which I love.

I had a complaint regarding one of the rudest employee I have met so far! and I had to wait more than 10 minutes for the manager to get out of the bathroom (seemingly he was taking his break in the bathroom).
