This is really a rating on the customer service. I had 2 orders of the juice cleanse and when I got home to put the juices in my fridge, I realized I only had 1 order. I called and told them and they said they can refund me or I can come back and pick it up.
It’s a 20-25 minute drive one way. I wanted two days worth of cleanse so I obviously wanted 2 orders.
No sorry, no discount, nothing. Just a quick “here you go bye” when I drove back to get my 2nd order. I spent $60 dollars on these juices and drove back the 10 miles , a simple sorry would’ve sufficed honestly.

Moving from the simplicity of using a phone number to requiring customers to re-register and then provide a separate username when buying items in store is so annoying. What’s even more annoying?
