Hardee’s — Restaurant in Newport

Ordered online through the website for pickup in the drive-thru. I was told at the drive thru my order wasn’t received and to come in. I came in and had my confirmation with my order and the manager said she couldn’t complete my order since the ticket didn’t print in the kitchen. I explained that I had already been charged. She told me to cancel the order. There was not option to cancel the order and I let her know. The manager kept working and said she couldn’t do anything about it and was very rude. When I asked for her contact information to follow up of the charges remained, she refused and then finally gave me her supervisors contact information, which I called on multiple occasions and it went to voicemail immediately, but had a message that the voicemail wasn’t set up. I’m not sure this was an actual number to her supervisor. I also contacted the number on the confirmation order, which indicated no one was available to answer. I also reached out to Hardee’s corporate through the website and Instagram. I was never contacted back. Terrible customer service at the local and corporate level! I was refunded, but only because I contested the charge through my bank. Otherwise, I likely would have never...

If we're able to give zero stars I would. My husband, my 5 year old, and myself went thru Hardee's drive thru around 8:30pm tonight. My husband ordered a 3 piece tender combo with curly fries and orange hi-c and himself the 2 for $7 original chicken sandwiches plain a large curly fry and a orange hi-c. The person who took the order rang up a large 3 piece combo and when my husband said he wanted the combo small, she deleted the whole combo and rang him up for a 5 piece combo, we again had to correct her. Finally everything was correct on the screen and we went to the window to pay. We paid and she pulled us forward and said we were waiting on fries. We finally got our food and drove home (30 minutes away). When we opened the bag we were missing one of the fries we were waiting on and both chicken sandwiches had stuff on them and were not plain. Needless to say my husband went hungry after a long day working in a factory. We tried to call the store to see about a refund or a replacement and they refused to answer. Hardee’s gas always been my favorite breakfast! Loved their biscuits and gravy. However they have went downhill, I order this morning it took forever in line but they usually always have a line. So I’m not to upset about that it to be expected but I hadn’t been in awhile so I was eager to get my breakfast. I order just the biscuits and gravy. And when I get home I’m putting it together and my gravy is very watery I’m thinking ok it’s usually nice thick gravy. I pour it on my biscuit and began to eat it and have to spit it out. I’m not very picky and I can eat about anything but that was awful. The biscuits good as always the Gravy tasted like water! Like a milky water. Like someone took some skim milk with few chunks of sausage and pour it over my biscuit. Not to mention the prices have went up because inflation, so it sad that not only do we have to pay such high prices BUT we get nasty watered down food, if People are having to pay high prices we should still get...
