Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Newton

This place should go down in the Guinness book for the worse customer service ever. I ordered a pizza through grub hub, got a text it would be ready at 2 to 2:15. My wife went to pick it up and the cahier said they didn't have one for Mike Murphy. Ok my wife calls me and tells me so I go up there and no pizza under my name. I go there and sure enough they said no Pizza in my name. Ok so I leave and I call up grub hub and talk to them and a Guy named Bryan got if figured out and they had my pizza ready. I go there and the short worker picks it up and slides it across the counter and I slide it back and told them I wanted a hot pizza then the argument starts, the other manager comes over and raises his voice arguing with me. I reminded them I'm the customer and I'm the one paying the bills. This was going no where I left and had to reheat my 18 dollar pizza. I noticed on the box it had Mike M on it. They did not get the connection between Mike Murphy and Mike M. This just goes to show you that there is no customer service any more. Ordered pizza for delivery, got pizza and 1 was not right so we called and talked to manager and said 1 of our pizzas was not correct manager said well we see on our side you ordered 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni. What we ordered was 1 pizza with extra pepperoni but what we received was a large pizza 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni. Manager said we can make another it will be 30 -45min for delivery i said ok that'll be fine. Manager said we will exchange the one we sent, so that is nasty. It was coming up on over an hour and a half so we called, manager said we go thru door dash and NO ONE is bringing your pizza. You can’t call this store directly, you have to go through a call center. On this particular time, I was placing a delivery order for to be sent to my husband for lunch on his birthday. I asked the guy at the call center if they could put the pepperoni in the shape of a heart in the middle. He didn’t understand at first but then was like sure we can do that but let me transfer you to the store to convey my request. The guy answers and just says no we can’t, we won’t be able to do that right now. I said you’ll be putting them on anyway but instead of throwing them on this time, you’ll have to take a couple more seconds to put them in a shape he finely said fine yeah I’ll do it.
