Casey's — Restaurant in Newton

Pizza delivery call it in and they advise 1 hr for delivery. After that he has passed I realize didn't take my cc info so call back to make sure to pay and I am told that its already out so it is free. I go outside see delivery guy down the street. Then he leaves. So I call back to double check and am assured that he will find out what happened. Pizza will be 10 more mins. 20 mins later I call and am assured that will provide us with a dessert also free with a free pizza log on the books. FREE dessert was good. And I am certain that the free pizza on the books will be good also, only because II WILL PICK IT UP!!! lg taco and a small cheese both cold when arrived. The driver(not hiw fault) showed me each and I put my finger in and said great they are cold. He also apologized. Ugh stop with the apologies and get stuff right...

I ordered a large and small pizza through the app. Was never notified that the food was even done as it advertises, it is suppose work just like Dominos. False advertisement. Second, when I walked up to the counter to tell them that I had an order, the cashier rolled her eyes and went to grab it. While coming back, slammed our pizzas on the counter. Didn't think anything of it until I got home and all our toppings were completely off of the pizza. Little did I know, that was just the beginning of this terrible experience. Aside from no toppings on our pizzas, they were also burnt to a crisp. This use to be a great Casey's with amazing pizza, and very friendly people. However, that has apparently changed! I will not be using this Casey's for any of my General Store needs and will not recommend this...

Ordered a cheeseburger extra pickles. Italian with extra meat. And cheese sticks. Only thing right was the sticks. Cheeseburger had no cheese and Italian had Only meat which isn't close to what I wanted. Manager called me back again asking if I wanted cheese on sub which I did because I ordered it normal with just extra meat. And he hung up on me without barely a word said except a greeting when he answered. I waited an hour originally and now I have been waiting 40 more mins with still no sign yet of them. Need less to say id never order delivery again. I'm at work and ordered to be simple but after my whole shift I still have yet to eat any food.
