Dunkin' — Restaurant in Newton

The service was less than average. The workers were on their cell phones the entire time, even while taking our order. The guy that took our order accidentally charged us (me and boyfriend) for two munchkins and I corrected him before paying and he asked me what I was talking about twice before understanding and then fixing it. The food was not good. Boyfriend ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel and the bagel was over toasted and as hard as a rock. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin and it was barely toasted at all. One of the workers swept around our area while we were eating, which kicked up dust. Very disruptive to our visit. I went to the bathroom and the trashcan was in the middle of the bathroom and it was overflowing. I wouldn't recommend this Dunkin' donuts to anyone. April 30th 9:30ish. On this DD an employee got upset on my order which cause him to step out of his counter while manager was there and start calling me F word and the N word which was very surprising tome all the customers were there, the employee claimed that I kind agrivated him and he was ready to take a shot @ me . Unbelievable The manager and supervisor came out and told me to get out the restaurant and cause a seen On today's experience this DD is very uncivilized to the point they reach. Doing bad example in front of kids: We ordered the donuts, and went to the restroom. There was only one left and everybody saw it. No one is in front of us. When we got out, they said nothing left, without any explanation. I saw the guy gave something to a random other person after us. My guess is that they gave the donut to someone not ordering stuff. They are definitely doing and hiding something. They pretend that they didn’t know what happen. I don’t like to do this, but yes this is what they did.
