Very POOR customer service, I called twice on Monday in effort to try placing an order

Mission IMPOSSIBLE

The girl on the phone so much LOUD background noise I could not hear her and there was simply a loose disconnect

The Online ordering platform is also Very difficult the website was down and the host of the website didn’t allow to place a to go order

They need to manage workflow efficiently and take phone orders in a Setting to allow such and accomodate

Otherwise they ((((RISK loosing patronage)))), they most definitely lost $40 from me last round and I had to settle for Johnnys in Newton

Please troubleshoot the website to ensure the freedom to have consumer place orders to their discretion, otherwise nothing but mixed signals and very dysfunctional, not sure how they survive Longterm if they continue like...

I really wanted to like this place. In short, the food was AWFUL! As a regular of the old Rox Diner in Newtonville, I had certain expectations that were not met. OK, so here is the data: eggs benedict (lumpy), with cold/bland potatoes omelet with freezer burned sausage (foul), with cold/bland potatoes Over the decades my wife and I have been to countless restaurants and diners for breakfast food. I’m surprised that this place has 4 stars because it’s not the best. I definitely prefer the west Roxbury location and I absolutely loved the newtonville location. The food is mediocre and the wait staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I was overcharged for my take out order, so I was inquiring about my total and the waitress got super upset and started slamming stuff down and went into back and started talking negative things about me to her other colleagues.
