WOW! Where do I even start? The staff at Flora's Wine Bar (and my planning boyfriend) gave me the best birthday celebration EVER!

This place is adorable; the staff is funny, friendly and knowledgeable; the food is to die for; the drinks are delicious, cold and strong.

We came here to celebrate my 25th, and Flora's pulled out all the stops. When our party sat, they brought up complimentary limoncello shots and had arranged a champagne toast. When my boyfriend booked, they recommended we order food ahead of time so our party was constantly served throughout our whole experience. Within 10 minutes of sitting down, we had drinks, waters, three cheese/meat/fish boards and the best service. We continued to order food and drinks and they even surprised me with a cake! YES, Flora's got me a cake! I felt so special!!

I'm so excited this place survived COVID, and now they deserve everyone's love and support. This will be a new date night staple, and I recommend Flora's for any birthday or special event! They really go above and beyond to make it the best!!! Thank you so much...

This review is long overdue. I don’t write reviews -in fact I think this is my first - but it’s about time! We’ve been visiting Flora’s for a few years now, and we so appreciate having it nearby. It’s anything you want it to be - a local place to visit with neighbors, a date night, a gathering spot for friends, and much more. The staff has always made us feel welcome, and we really enjoy sharing some stories and a good laugh with them. We have never had a bad meal, and appreciate the diverse menu. The staff has always been wonderful about drink recommendations, and I really enjoy trying their wine and cocktails. I can think of exactly one time I tried a new wine that wasn’t my cup of tea , and I was offered to sample other wines until I made a decision on a drink I wanted! They take pride in their business, and genuinely care about getting it right for their customers. That’s not a quality that I find in most other places nowadays, and it’s noticeable. The first time my friend and I visited two weeks ago on a chilly winter Tuesday night after attending a yoga class nearby. The bar was pleasantly full and 4 of the 6 tables were quietly occupied with an overall positive energy. We ordered a chicken and a beef taco as it was Taco Tuesday and tacos are 4.95. Also ordered two cheeses that came with fig spread, jelly, sliced and lightly toasted French bread which was buttered and slightly salted and delicious. I ordered a martini and my friend ordered a glass of Merlot. The reason for the 2 stars is because when we returned the following Tuesday we felt the service was dismissive. The bartender and the two guests at the bar were overly boisterous and very distracting and we felt like we were intruding on their private party.
