Our dog always came back tired and happy which is FANTASTIC...however, from the owner's perspective, I have decided to take my dog to a different facility. More often than not, the daycare charge would come in incorrectly for 2 dogs, so I would have to wait for the invoice to be corrected before settling the payment. I can deal with that but the most alarming thing to me was on my most recent (and final) visit. When I came to pick up my dog, they handed me someone else's dog with the same name without even checking who I was. I could have very easily just walked into the facility, asked for a random name and left with someone else's dog or someone could leave with mine. This left me really upset because I should be able to trust that my dog is being kept safe. With this, unfortunately we will not be returning to...

My dog Winston LOVES the dog scoop & so do I!

He was going to a different daycare since he was a puppy, but they ended up closing and I needed a new place. I did have to go on a waitlist for him to get in, but it was totally worth the wait!

The staff are so attentive and Winston loves them! Even overnights, he did totally fine.

I am definitely a "helicopter" mom, so I like to know how my dog is doing when he goes to new places.. They were so nice to me and always kept me in the loop and didn't get frustrated when I'd call or email asking how my dog was doing in the beginning.

Now, they have my full trust and I know they take the best care with their dogs as I've seen it with my dog!

The staff love dogs and are grate with them. They take the time to remember each and every dog by their namw, and they have about 200 dogs there on any given day. That is impressive!! The dogs there are vetted and they do not take aggressive dogs or dogs that just dont fit into the pack. They are great with keeping your home routine as well in terms of feeding your dog. I have a shepard mix and he usually has anxiety leaving my side, but at Dog Scoop he has no problem leaving me.
