McDonald's — Restaurant in Newton

I went inside to grab one meal from this place for a family member. I was asked to order at the machine by the manager, I did as they asked. Paid...No receipt came out of the machine, so I had no idea what number I was, when the number was called, there was confusion that coulda been avoided. The burger was grilled wrong tho, I grilled it correctly. Not sure if it was a glitch or what, but I was confident I did it correctly (I worked Management for Mc Donald's for a long time in my past, I do still know the drill. Hello 3 minutes 30 seconds. $1000 hours is where I come from. Stan Sanders was my BOSS. May he R.I.P. Anyway... The burger was wrong. I sent it back and told em how i needed it grilled. When given what I thought was a green light, they gave me the same exact sandwich in a different bag. I sent the burger back again with instruction, then got to hear the beautiful Orchestra in the back say "Well if she wanted it like that she shoulda grilled it that way to begin with". Finally got the burger corrected, but sloppy, cheese was all over the place, fries done got cold; cup was never offered and I wasn't gonna ask for anything else. I just left. This store could be so great, but they are too close to a Red Light so Speed and Accuracy is a Complaint to them. If it had been an order for myself, I woulda got a Refund when I was handed the exact same burger in a different bag....

First of all I like McDonalds and eat at this chain a lot. So been to a few . We were headed back to Ga after Thanksgiving and needed a very quick stop for lunch to save time. We walked in and the floor was dipping wet with mud, however raining out. But dangerous. We walked up to the Register to order and waited over 45 minutes. For 4 hamburgers. Isited the restroom and it was filthy. Not to mention no hand soap and viewed employees constantly going in with no hands washed and back to the kitchen. Gross. The worst part was the drink station. There was fresh black mold all over it. Looked like it had never been wiped down. The cokes were flat as well. A customer ask for a lid and an employee opened up a cabinet and I could not believe what I saw. It literally looked and smelled like the bottom of a trash can with black mold all it in touching lids and cups. I immediately thought of the kitchen. The employees had bad attitudes and slammed hard the side door every few minutes. I noticed the employees constantly going to drink station refilling their drinks and making customers wait behind them. I’m usually not a review person but I was in such shock of how poorly this place was kept and managed. I think if the health department would give a surprise visit they would be shut down for sure. Now we are hoping we all...

Always check your bags before you get home because 9 times out of 10 they forget at least 1 thing if not more than 1.

When I had to go inside to get something they didn't put into my bag through the window, I complained how my order was NEVER correct... saying thank goodness I know to check my bag before I get home and 'a manager' actually had the nerve to tell me "well, its your job to check your bags". What? Are you serious? I shouldn't have to check my bags because you people should care enough to get the customers orders correct to begin with!

Don't even try to tell me that I am the only one. If they are getting 9 out of 10 wrong? They are getting many many orders wrong daily. AND I've noticed the "wrong" is always in their favor. They never just "add" extra food to my bag, noooooo, oh noooooo... its always always short.

No ma'am.. I shouldn't have to check my bag everytime. And you people really wanted $15 buck an hour or more? Food these days is expensive!! Even at McDonald's!! I say learn how to get the orders correct before you start asking for more money.....
