What a horrible manager. Im contacting corporate. You see i door dash for this rural community . This man i can never get his name but took a photo today . He is vindictive amd unprofessional. Has a vendetta with me for filing a complaint previously. He is rude , crude and inconsiderate and abusive . We are both supposed to help each other to make a customers expierience a better one. As u will see in photos. The customer also doesnt care for this particular Mcdonalds. Poorly ran on day shift. I pulled in on ice road conditions after an ice storm. I am a 60 year old terminally ill disabled woman on door dash to pay medical bills. They dont open the door on the side where the parkinglot is somewhat better. However on the side pick up deliveries park the snow bank for a small versa like mine cannot get out once in-, ipaid 300$ today for parking at another place with exact conditions. I explained to him in the drive through. Mind you he was two feet away from my order and tells me to move or hes calling 911. Emergency services because he needs to be RIGHT and make a point. that he did indeed.. point is noone matter but his pride.and his vendetta. Customers behind me suffered as well as delivery because i wasnt leaving till spoke to door dash and his supervisor or got his name. This was approximateky 30 minutes. He chose instead to make employees go outside to deliver drive through instead simply habding me the order and letting everyone get on withtheir day. Daily when i arrive to pick up. He wilm everyone there before me no matter where my numbers are on the board. He is u professional. And very inconsiderate to the road conditions or the service i provide 60 hours or more each week. I will never allow my family to eat there again and ive informed door dash and they agreed that i wont return to this store anytime he is working. Now i did get permission from customer topost our conversation as well as from door dash as she informed me that several dashers have complaints on this location. My merchants all love me and give great reviews on app. Curtis's diner , thepolice station and jail as well as taco bell next door and apodacas also great wall and sonic have all told me i am their preferred dasher. I always put customer first. If i am wrong i willtake responsibility. I will say this .. if i was a man this wouldve never happened. HE Targets me.. corporate or regional if and when you see this please leave a number. I am calling the 800 main corporate as soon as this is posted. 25 years driving big tricks i never have encountered someone so impersonable and unwilling to make exceptions due to hazardous conditions. Not to me tion my oxygen doesnt work in negative tempertures..it was u safe for someone disabled and in my condition to walk on that ice that they didnt clear by the only open door. UPDATE. 4 calls to corporate . As well as Drew theans name i now have. Called my employers claiming a tresspass order was placed on me by corporate for ALL MCDONALDS. James was the employee that immeadiatly called my home.phone back after i called and politely asked the day managers name. Called two minutes later witha threatening tone. To my home to tell me that DREW HAS A RESTRAINING ORDER AND TRESSPASS ON ME AND IF I CONE WITHIN 500 FEET IM GOING TO JAIL AND HUNG UP. I STILL HAVR NOT HEARD FROM CORPORATE OR REGIONALANAGERS. I waited in line to order a mcflurry while the cashier was busy chatting with his friend who was placing an order. After the cashier finished taking the order, he just walked back to the kitchen area and disappeared. The girl working the drive thru only register watched him walk away and looked back at me with a bewildered look. After she finished with the order she was working on for the drive thru, she looked over towards the kitchen, then back at me and moved to the other register and said I'll take your order. She was obviously new and was having a bit of difficulty with the register and looked for someone to help. Together, we were able to figure the problem out and resolve it ourselves. About 2 minutes after I paid for my order, the other guy came back out to the front and seemed more concerned with yelling at his friend and offering them free drinks than checking on the new girl or seeing if I'd been helped yet. I then had to wait another 5-10 minutes to get the mcflurry I ordered which has a sparse amount of peanut butter cookies mixed in. I thought they forgot to add in the toppings as it appeared to be just soft serve. TLDR: Long wait for subpar food and service. Hoping the new employees take more pride...

We walked in and waited in line to order, as we waited we had to listen to a manager and supervisor reprimand a female employee sitting in front of the soda machines and order counter. She was in tears and the two managers both being male did not talk quietly at all. So not only were all the customers able to listen and see but also all employees could as well. I was very uncomfortable as a customer, I could only imagine how the employee felt. After they dismissed the employee I asked the manager to speak to him and explained that I was uncomfortable and asked why the front lobby was the chosen place for the meeting. He agreed it was inappropriate and explained to me that the other male was his supervisor. The manager said he just needs his employees to act professional...my response to that was ok, well if that's what you want then maybe as managers you should have been professional and not have let the meeting spiral as it did and been handled differently. I will not go back, the Manger did apologize but his supervisor was arrogant and smug...he was very unprofessional and should not be employed to supervise. NEEDS more...
