This place is awful!! Kimberly was absolutely horrible!! First I ordered a Cinnamon Dolce Latte and Kimberly asked how I wanted it, she said that’s not one of their signature lattes., She was very rude! And of course as we feared, our drinks were made all wrong, I patiently asked if they could fix our drinks. Kimberly said ok but then continued to make everyone else’s drink and made us wait until she was done and then just slid my coffee across the counter without a word! We could also see the frustration in other customers as they watched her terrible behavior. Read moreThis has to be the slowest moving, no hustle, could care less kind of Starbucks I’ve ever been too. None of the staff have any sense of urgency, they’re always behind. Even with a lobby packed with people, no one in here cares to work just a smidge faster. Many of us are trying to go to work and I’ve seen and had to walk out before getting my order because it’s taking 30-45 minutes since I placed the order to completion. One day one of team was so out of it her pants had fallen well below her hind region and flashed the entire lobby. Seems her pants are ALWAYS falling down. I love Starbucks but it isn’t even worth the trip to this location. Today j ordered the new strawberry frapp and home girl didn’t even care to TRY and make it right. Read moreLet me start with saying I've been to many starbucks and I've come to the conclusion that no matter how broke I am I can't live without it! Although I feel super blessed that my work is located next to the best Starbucks I've ever been to. The entire staff is worth every trip. Evan, Liam, Jude, Jackie, Heather, Bruce and Alex have all been very amazing as well as any of the empolyees I have encountered. They are basically coffee gods/wizards and deserve high praise for their excellent customer service skills as well as their Barista skills. I've been there almost everyday I work and consider the staff part of my work family. They're always delivering in a timely matter if I order mobile or at the counter which I definitely do both.
