Walked in and had two young kids take my order. The one was on his phone the entire time when I was placing my order. His appearance was also very bad, looking disheveled with long, greasy hair. Definitely not a good look for the food industry. Cheesesteak was completely cold. Very disappointing

Opted for a Primo Mild Italian on a sesame seed bun with Italian seasoning black crushed pepper. Every slice of deli meat and cheese was freshly sliced specifically for each hoagie. The hoagie was filling and tasted phenomenal.

Seems like there is a new Schwartsie. Almost meatless. Never seen a sandwich from a Primo that has almost no meat or coleslaw. Bread roll was fresh but almost nothing on it.

This isn’t so much a review of the food but of a conversation I had with a female employee who claimed she was the manager after I asked for the owner, on Tuesday, May 7, regarding an issue I had with the 6 $6.00 hoagies I purchased on May 6, the day before, National Hoagie Day. I’ve been buying Schwartzies at Primos for quite awhile now, and they’re always fabulous sandwiches, pricey but fabulous. So when I received a text about National Hoagie Day and that you were selling $6.00 hoagies on that day, no limit, I jumped on it. However, those particular hoagies were a disappointment bc of the quality of the tomatoes. There are juicy red tasty tomatoes, and then there are the harder pale red, bright green veined, mushy inside, bland tomatoes that are always available during the winter months. Well these were the type of tomatoes put on our hoagies. I had to take my tomatoes off to enjoy the hoagie. I didn’t bring it up to anyone else. So I explained to the woman that the hoagies were a disappointment bc of the tomatoes. I couldn’t help but think they were used to chintz or cut costs or they just weren’t good tomatoes, and I can usually tell by looking at a tomato if it’s a good one or not, but instead of addressing my complaint, all the manager said and said more than once was that they had 300 orders on that day and nobody else complained. I told her that I didn’t care that nobody else complained and that she shouldn’t care either. It was her job to address my issue, which she never did, but just kept reminding me that nobody else complained. I’m sorry I didn’t get to speak to the owner who wasn’t there. Hopefully, I would’ve gotten a better response, an apology, something more than attempting to dispute what I called about. I dropped off 4 of those hoagies to a relative’s house and offered them as a surprise treat, so the quality of the tomatoes mattered to me, but not at all to her. She basically denied my complaint. I didn’t even ask my relatives how their hoagies were bc I’d have to ask about...

I submitted an order via online for pick up. In the comments I substituted roast beef with corn beef which I have done many times at that location and the Langhorne location. When I got to the car I checked the order and the substation was not made. I went back inside to let the staff know the order was not correct. I was told by the “manager” on staff I was not allowed to make a meat substitution because it cost more. I informed the staff that I had done this multiple times at the Newtown location alone and this was never an issue but I would be happy to pay the difference to have the order made correctly. The you man who said he was the “manager” began raising his voice from the back saying he can’t remake the sandwich now. I asked to refund my card since I will not be eating or paying for a sandwich I don’t want. It was then explained to me the “manager” has to authorize a refund transaction and he’s too busy to come to the register to handle it now. I left and am going to dispute my charges since the transaction was not reversed. I will not be returning to this Primos location again due to the unprofessional conduct of the “manager” and his refusal to address me directly or amend any of the issues raised. I frequent this location every other week and have had issues with the orders being correct in the past but the issue would be amended. Today the young manager on staff was very rude and had no willingness to take a couple of minutes to fix the mistake that was made on the order. Other locations in the Bucks county area are much better ran with more professionalism. If you’re jonesing for a Primos Hoagie my advice is to avoid...

First off the sandwiches are good I often get a cold cut. I don’t care for the potatoes salad since it is made with cream cheese?? The sandwiches don’t add up with measurements. Prices are high sandwiches but that everywhere now a days anyway. Anyway the women that works in the front taking orders and checking customers out is rude and doesn’t confirm orders when you place them in therefore the orders come out wrong. I’ve been to this particular location twice my first experience was I was served sloppy sandwich. I thought I’ll try again. Maybe they were just busy or something.

NOPE, on my second visit, I placed an order over the phone I have told the lady my order which by the way was like a $70 order she didn’t repeat anything back to me either did repeat back to her to make sure that the sandwiches were correct. Well, there was no mayo on my sandwich although I had asked for mayo and had repeated it back to her to confirm that may I would be on there. I drive back to the store because I’m on my lunch break and I have no access to mayo and I don’t want to eat dry sandwich I go in she gives me a cup of mayo so now I have to go at the table, apply the mayo on my sandwich. Etc. THE WOMEN IS NOT GENUINE SHE RUDE AND DOESN’T REALLY CARE IF YOUR ORDER CORRECT OR IF YOU FEEL WELCOMED. IF SHE HATES HER JOB THAT MUCH SHE LOOK FOR ANOTHER ONE.

Also she bagged the order 4 heavy sandwiches in a paper bag that tore open thankfully it didn’t fall I then had to ask for...
