Wendy's — Restaurant in Newtown

I've been to this location several times and never had an issue until this visit. The food was okay and we got our food pretty fast through the drive-thru we stopped on our way home from work because we were starving and it was already dinner time. However I could visually see four employees through the window. The first being the cashier had inch long nails and they literally look like they had mud under them, they are the fingernails of a drug user or dealer not the girly kind he's not feminine whatsoever. He also had on a dirty uniform and his hair was pretty gross and not in a net. Second I seen a woman I believe she made our drinks was also had long greasy hair that was everywhere it look like she woke up and wore last night's ponytail to work. The other two employees were walking around towards the behind the cashier area and then the other guy I guess had come from the grill in the back but all four employees that I could see through the drive-thru window look like Wendy's went and got some homeless people and put dirty freaking Uniforms on them and send them in there to work. I was absolutely starved to death and there's not another restaurant for another 10 or 20 minutes from here in the direction that I was heading or I would have not paid and just left. All four employees should have had hair nets on at least the three with super long hair that was out of control and everywhere I'm sure this location has hair in its food all the time. Rant over more than likely I will not be going back to this location for a long time. Last time I was at this location I dined in and I had no issues like this everything was great. My food was good but I guarantee it was full of something nasty that come from The Cook's...

Your Krabby Patty is a joke. You created a crappy version of a Big Mac. And mc Donald is trash Update May 14th 2025 did a mobile order at 9:00. Went to pick it up. They hadn't even started on it. There was no one in the drive-thru nor working behind the counter. 3/21/25 Waited 5 minutes just to tell them I was waiting for a mobile order then spent another 15 minutes waiting for them to get the food ready. I don't understand the point of mobile orders if they're not going to get it done ahead of you arriving also my food look terrible 6/24/25 waited 20 mins before leaving to get my mobile order just to stand inside for another 20 mins . What's the point of mobile orders if you could just order inside the store and wait the same amount of time

This is by far the worst Wendy's in any direction within a half hour. Always, ALWAYS slow. You're going to spend at minimum 15 minutes in the drive thru, and that's when there's no one else waiting. If there's a line, forget about it. I'd give them an extra star if when I got to the window, the food wasFresh, but it rarely is, so 2 is fair. Every now and then they'll do a great job. I always see employees outside hanging out especially later at night. I've even seen employees almost fist fight out there, so we'll give them entertainment value. This place gets worse with each passing day and I'm hoping someone steps in to right the ship.
