Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Niceville

First I'd like to start off by saying I hate leaving negative reviews, I contacted chic-fil-a directly thru the customer survey and didnt get a response so I guess I need to leave the review on here. I've visited tons of chic-fil-a locations across the country and this was one of the worst I've been in. The employees were polite as any other location, but to start off my visit here receiving the wrong order and on top of that it was cold by the time I recieved it, finally went to sit down in a booth and realized how much trash was on the floor, it's not something I would ever expect to see at any eating establishment and especially never a chick-fil-a. I was kind of upset over the whole experience so i went to send a comment straight to chic-fil-a on the website. The online site required a receipt code to leave a review and of course my receipt didnt print out all the way or was cut off so I didnt have that code. I ended up having to use a friends receipt to send a review to them. After finishing our meal and walking all the unswept garbage on the floor, we walked up to the garbage can that said please use next trash can... which isn't that big of a deal in itself, then we went to the next garbage can.. then next... till finally finding the fourth trash can open on the other side of the resturant. From what I've heard from friends the location was great... guess I must of gone on a really off day.. wouldn't go to this...

Read below about the flies (for God's sake) on top of the woman's salad! I experienced a similar nightmare earlier this month - a Clorox laced sandwich - coughed and gagged that thing up into a sink and put it in a zip lock bag and drove directly back to the store, where a black teen and black manager with a BLM attitude glared at me like they had just watched a CRT training video (I'm a conservative looking middle aged, white male by the way). This is a pattern all over the Niceville area. Watch who preapares your food! Anyway, they just glared at me and offered no explanation after I point blank told them that this had been intentional - I worked at CFA for many years and there is no way clorox, or whatever that foul chemical was, should get into a peanut oil filled chicken sandwich cooker. They greatly resisted giving me the owner/operator's contact, and only after calling corporate did I get it. Even corporate was difficult about this. What in hell is wrong with CFA? I guess Dan's shoe polishing is their priority now, and has translated into this militant food spiking. Anyway, later, I gave the evidence to the owner/operator, but, he didn't seem too distraught about it either, and never even offered up a coffee as I made time to meet him. Later on, I realized I should have given the evidence to a policeman, or a lawyer, and filed charges...

The food was good. 4 chicken and bacon breakfast burritos with 2 hashbrowns. The food came out really good. The burritos were fat and tasty and the hashbrowns were crispy but was slightly less in the box than I'd like. I think there can pe a little more clarity by the staff in what can and cannot be ordered. I got there at about 10:15 and asked it it was breakfast or lunch that can be ordered and was told both can be ordered. When I got ready to say lunch items I wanted I was told that I have to wait for 15 minutes till I get food if I order lunch. If you ask me they should have said its still breakfast obly but if I like to I can order lunch ahead and wait aside till its time for lunch instead if them making it sound like either one can be ordered and ready right away. Only other issue is the wait for the relatively small order we had. When I got to the pick up window I was asked to pull aside and it will be brought out. Was almost 8 minutes waiting for the food to be brought out. The food was good still so ill give a 4 stars and we still plan on coming back again in the future next time we are in...
