It has never been great. I've never expected it to be. It has however gotten pretty bad. Nome of the employees are particularly friendly. Honestly I can look past that, it doesn't really bother me that much. Here's the issue, somehow they manage to burn the rice yet undercook it and also have it be mushy. It's impressive really. Same thing with the noodles. Hasn't been just one time either. Everything else always tastes like it's been sitting there all day. It's not somewhere that I eat very often. But I think it's going to be a little while this time.
Update 3/26/23 It's funny when you go to leave a review but you already did. It's not much different. Ordered online, go to pick it up. First get the 3rd degree like I'm trying to steal food. Sure, I picked a random name and came into panda to steal food. At this point the guy says hes bagging it right now. Ok cool. I see him out an empty container in the bag and then realize it and put the food in it. Then he walks over sets it on the shelf behind the counter and walks away. I stand there annoyed. Next employee asks what I'm waiting for. She walks over to the bag, looks at the name, which is mine, and then walks away. Finally, a third person walks over and asks my name yet again. They finally hand me the bag. No sauces that I ordered which were clearly on the receipt. And bummed to reveal no fortune cookies. I get it, it's fast food Chinese. Really my expectations are already pretty low. But between the rude Asian lady and every body else, I...
Read moreLet me start off by saying. The manager of the store is awesome he has a bright altitude! But the service is getting a 1 star rating. As I walked in the store, there's this blonde female who was taking orders. There was a mother and her daughter in line waiting to order. They ordered their food and the female taking the order did not remember want the mother wanted. The mother had to repeat what she wanted. It was my turn. I order two plate. I wanted chow mein with orange chicken and Beijing beef. She turned to me and asked me what I wanted? I had to repeat that I wanted chow mein with what I got.
Here is the problem. She is not paying attention to what customers wants. Seems like she was getting side tracked and focusings on other things that is happening in the restaurant. I have worked in a more complex restaurant where taking 20 people's dishes at a time can be a bit much. But if you can even focus and listen to two simple dishes. She probably needs more training to listening to peoples order or just focus on customers service itself. I'm not sure about her work backgrounds, but she definitely needs improvements. I hope that she can...
Read moreI ordered online so I could pick-up my food on the way home and not have to wait in the line. The website directed me to go directly to the pick-up register. I set the pick-up time for 5:15pm and arrived about 5:18 expecting my order to be ready and set aside. NOPE. First of all there is no dedicated place for online/phone orders. I had to awkwardly wait by the register until someone finally asked if there was something they could help me with. I told them I was there to pick-up and online order and then I gave them my name. Then a group of 8 or so came in. Did they prepare my order, NO. They helped everyone in the line, including people who kept coming in. Why order ahead if they won't have it ready or even put it as a priority to prepare. AFTER they helped everyone in the line they then started mine but told me I had to wait on a few of the items I ordered. No kidding, you just had a line of 10+ people you gave all the food to. Then finally around 5:40 I finally got my order and NO ONE working there seemed to care that I had just stood there for 25 minutes, it seemed like I was an inconvenience to them....
