Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Niles Township

Pro-tip: If you wanted to be treated like a human being, don't order using the QR code.

On my recent visit to this location, we were taken to our seats by the person at the front, and he encouraged us to order using the QR code pasted on our table. Great! I always found this function to be way more painless than having to wait for a server, and it also takes a bit of work off their busy backs.

My party and I began the process of ordering using the code when a server came up to us and asked us if we needed any drinks. We kindly declined and let him know that we were already ordering on the app so he didn't have to worry about us.

I don't know if we deeply offended this person by using the app instead, but he then proceeded to treat us like absolute garbage the rest of the night. As I had already eaten, I had just ordered one drink while my friends ordered some food. We had to wait 10+ minutes for the drinks, and they didn't come out until I reminded our server about them.

When the drinks came, the server then proceeded to spill my drink on me. No apology. No acknowledgment. I stood up, foolishly assuming that the server would get me some napkins. He did not. I stood their for about 5 minutes like an idiot with soaked pants waiting for those napkins. I could not get the server's attention to ask for napkins. I had to go to the bathroom and clean myself off there.

My friends' food also did not come with utensils (one of the items was a cheesecake). When we bothered our server for only the second time that night, he rolled his eyes and wordlessly got us our utensils.

I don't know what we did to this server to make him so miserable, or if we were just the unlucky recipients of his pent-up anger after a bad day. Was it because we ordered on the app? Because that's when the piss-poor treatment began. If using the QR code is detrimental to the servers' livelihood, why are we being encouraged to use it?

I completely understand the service industry can be garbage to work in, and I do everything in my power to make servers' lives and jobs easier. Needless to say, this was the first time in literal YEARS I did not tip because our server was one of the rudest and worst servers I've ever had.

BWW is not known for their great service, but at the very least, every server I've had prior to this one at BWW has been nice and easy to work with. I genuinely feel sorry for whatever existence he has for him to treat random strangers the way he did, and I hope he doesn't take that out on future customers the way...

Just want to start off by saying I've been coming to this location for well over 15 years and I've never experienced something like I did today. In the 15 years I've been coming here I've never had a problem with the food or the staff. Everything was good and the service was great. Today was a different story. My friends and I sat down to what we thought would be a normal night out getting some drinks and wings, but we were wrong. We had the most rude, disrespectful and what felt like a racist waitress named ANGELA. From the second we sat down, she gave my friend a very weird, judgmental look. We thought my friend was mistaken and might have been dramatic but then the night unfolded the way it did and he wasn't wrong. All night there was constant sass, rudeness, and just moments of shady disrespect when talking to us. She made it seem like we made her job a living hell when we did nothing wrong. We weren't loud, obnoxious, or anything that would warrant that kind of attitude and service towards us. She was definitely racist. Her attitude and demeanor was completely different with the white folks sitting around us. She was jolly and happy with the other people but with us it was completely different as I stated above. There are other reviews that people stated they felt racially profiled when served by ANGELA. If you ever come to this location and get ANGELA as your server, I'd request a different server if you don't want to feel profiled and treated poorly. I let the manager know about my experience tonight and he was completely understanding. My friends and I were compensated with a refund without hesitation. I really appreciated that he did that as he understood what we were telling him. I forgot to get his name, it was really busy and there was a lot going on. I want to thank him for all that he did. As for ANGELA, you need to do better in life. You need to find a new career if you're going to act the way you did to us tonight, especially to other people. It was beyond disgusting. The fact that there's people still like this is really embarrassing. You should feel ashamed and embarrassed that you're getting a review like this. Tonight's service and demeanor by ANGELA was by far the worst experience I've EVER had in the 20+ years of eating out at restaurants.

On a positive note, the food and drinks were good as usual. Even being really busy with Thursday night football, the food came out hot in a timely manner. Thanks again to the manager who was very understanding and took care of me...

I was on the beach downtown and decided I'm going to go there because that is one of the best locations after many years they finally got it right. I live in Morton Grove so it was on the way home I stopped there said at the bar in their new bartender is top notch he doesn't miss a trick one bartender and he did everything great for everyone busy Saturday night and I put the order in I didn't even get a chance to sip on my beer that was served instantly before my food came out better than I've ever had it and I'm not kidding I said is this mine I didn't think it could even come out that quick but it was perfect in every way. I'm shocked everything was flawless I haven't had that happen in a decade. Thank you This was July 19th 2025. Just saw that I should post this. Fried pickles awesome 15boneless wings five teriyaki 10 garlic parmesan it was awesome can't wait to go back Thank you !! This one is the one by AMC theater Carpenter road and touhy avenue. Sadly I go to Old orchard Mall all the time because it's not too far from my house I used to go to that location for Buffalo wild wings no matter what I do even when it's empty I can't get my food right I can't get food that tastes right it's normally overcooked it normally doesn't have sauce on it very much It's normally horrible I've been have it pouring out if I get it to go thing or normally I'll sit there and eat it It's normally horrible You don't have to time like I haven't had it right there for years but I give it a shot once or twice a year and it's always horrible there and that's where I wish it would get right but I haven't since but for the pandemic even had it right it's just ridiculous So I will go from where I live by Old orchard all the way to the one on the other side of Skokie when I go to Buffalo wild wings even if I'm at Old orchard Mall I will go all the way all the way over to the other mall to make sure it's right it's sad you have to do that hopefully now I will try the one that old orchard soon and it will...
