It was raining on Sunday night around 9pm when I came here. Went to the locked side door which did NOT list the hours to be served inside. It says open 24 hours on the sign. Walked back in the rain to my car. Drove to the drive-through which WAS open. Service was delayed. The young lady's voice I could barely hear in the rain but my voice seemed amplified. I drove up to the pick-up window. A black Prius was stopped just beyond the pick-up window. Parking lights on. It just sat there. Took just a couple minutes to get my order. The young polite tattooed Hispanic lady behind the pick-up window just shrugged her shoulders when I asked why the car was not moving. She did not understand this blocked exit was a problem. The car did not move in response to a honk from me and the car behind me. I had to pull out as if from parallel parking. I knocked on the car window. An irate but polite older Middle Eastern man with kufi explained in heavily accented English that he was told to pull up and wait since his order wasn't ready. That made no sense. He didn't understand he was blocking the exit. I can't help wondering if language impeded communication here. A failure to communicate, leads to confusion, customer dissatisfaction. Not my job. I just wanted food.
Tried the 🌮. Not too scrumptious in appearance. OK taste. 🍟 adequate, cold by the time I got home. Double whopper loaded - good as usual - like other Burger Kings. The receipt was illegible. Ink should have been changed. Faded to the point of not visible. Literally no ink. So. Slow service. Illegible receipt. Hours not clearly posted on side exit. Weird drive-through. Nothing special. This may be an OK place. I can't say this is the place to stop for quick food, fast service. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again. That's...
Read moreThey got the majority of my drive thru order incorrect. Defeats the purpose of the convenience of a drive thru. Actually worse due to the fact that you can't walk up to the counter to ask for a correction had you ordered in the store since you're more than likely driven away and long gone before you discover the order isn't what you asked for. Also, Burger King Management, it's time to update your vegetarian Patty to something that doesn't taste and feel like a cardboard hockey puck made out of animal corn grain feed. Make the Patty vegan. Beyond Beef and Impossible Foods have fanatastic meat-like burger patties that are miles above whatever that thing you call a veggie burger is. Frankly, it sucks. Let's get it together people. LISTEN to what the customer orders then READ the order as you make the order. If Burger King can't find people that are capable of doing these two things I really do think our future isn't what it used to be. Read moreI was visiting this Burger King restaurant last night around 1am 10/29/2020 I ordered my food online through the app came to pick up the food the lady working at the restaurant was very rude and disrespectful and was talking to me as if I were a piece of trash I was being very polite and try to explain to her that I ordered online and I came to pickup my order she kept saying she didn’t have the order in her system and then I showed her explaining to her that my order went through and it was still showing on my phone screen and then as I was still in the drive thru lane trying to figure what went wrong with my order she came back and was threatening to kick me out of the restaurant and didn’t want by busienss I was very angry and disappointed I’ve never had a experience like this before I would share my experience with my friends and family and mention that do not go to this location and I eat at Burger King at least 3-4 times a week.
