Panda Express — Restaurant in Niles Township

I never had a problem with them until my recent visit. I just happened to order through the app and I arrived early. I got in the pickup line and the Latina looking lady asked my name to which I politely gave and showed my order number. 5 minutes later she asked me again. 10 minutes pass and I’m getting a little upset because they’re serving all the walk in orders before filling mine. SHE ASKED MY NAME AGAIN and now I’m really upset she can’t remember. AGAIN I showed her my order on the app. But then she snatches my phone from my hand and rudely gives it back. She says, “You’re early” and “Your order is not printing” in a annoyed voice and continued to serve walk in customers. FINALLY 2 minutes before my pickup time my order is ready. You know, if you’re early you should fill that order upon arrival or a few minutes later so they don’t have to wait. If a DoorDash driver comes early, are you going to let them wait? She could’ve just said something to begin with like, “Your order hasn’t printed yet. Please wait”. But NO! She had to give me attitude, forget my name and order, and continue to serve walk ins and make me wait without any updates on my order. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED! Food, as at all Panda Express locations is average but seems to hit the spot for a craving. My one-star rating is specifically for this location. The restaurant is DIRTY and unkept every time i go there. Tables are full of crumbs and debris. Trash cans are never emptied promptly, and there are hand prints, smudges over all of the glass windows. The entry doors can hardly see through, they are so dirty. This is clearly a management problem. Would these owners please CLEAN THIS PLACE up. It is disgusting to eat a meal there.

The food is the typical Panda Express. It was warm and tasted fresh and the service was prompt. However, the restaurant was not clean. I had to clean our table with disinfectant wipes that I carry with me and the window next to our booth was dirty. Having to look at that was a little disgusting so of course I avoided it since there weren't any other booths available. Also, the men's bathroom was out of order and there was a bad odor coming from it. The restaurant seemed to be well staffed but must be poorly managed considering the dining area was not clean.
