Dunkin' — Restaurant in Niles Township

I go to this dunkin donuts very often because its only my way to work and the drive thru is very convenient for me. Its not always the same person at the drive thru but lately there is a young "indian" girl ( excuse me if im wrong) working at drive throu.. I always get the same order "large iced coffee with cream, sugar and mocha" she always repeats it after me and i always say " yes, thats it thank you" and i pull up to the window..I greet her with a smile and she NEVER smiles nor does she talk nicely. she hands me my coffee and change back very rudely, but i didnt let it get to me figured we all have "those days".. last 2 times i went and she was there again i said my same order she repeated and i pulled up to the window.. she hands me a large iced coffee with so much cream in it that it looked like a large cup of just milk.. i looked at it and asked "did you put mocha in there?" she replied " oh, i didnt hear you say mocha"... i though in my head "but didnt u just repeat it after me" so she went to spill some of it too add mocha.. she brough it back it was over filled the coffee was spilled all out the cup and she just hands it to me just like that.... i asked for napkins she just handed it to me rudely.. as i grabed the cup of coffee it spilled on my door/window.. she didnt say sorry or shown any kind of sympathy she just said " ohhh" as if it was my fault it just spilled... i had to pull up to the parking to clean my car.. but that didnt stop me from going there... i went again and 2 times after that was a blonde girl, and she was just soooooo nice! i even told her " im so glad you are working, you as just so nice"... today 7/22/2015 i went again and that " indian" girl took my order on the intercom " i memorized her voice by now" so i said the same order and she repeated after me... when i pulled up to the window a young guy was at the window with her.. so he asked if my order was medium __ and i said no mine is " large iced coffee with cream sugar and mocha" and that same girl looked out the window and said oh i made medium, went and made another coffee.. i showed them i was pissed off! I am usually very nice and understanding but this has gone too far and it needs to be told. If you dont like your job why work at it? it doesnt cost you anything to smile take money give coffee smile again and say...

My experience was HORRIBLE!!! I WON'T EVERRR GO to this location again. I am such a dunkin donuts lover but this location is a joke. They don't even deserve any stars. Yesterday I went to this location and ordered a bacon wrap, medium coffee, and jelly donut my daily usual. So once I got my bacon wrap I asked for strawberry jelly. The woman (an Indian lady) says oh we don't have jelly we get a shipment tomorrow. So I then explained sorry maam but I won't be able to eat this without jelly. Can you please just give me my money back for it then. Then she says WE DON'T GIVE MONEY BACK. so would you like some mayonnaise. NO!!! I want my money back please, I don't even eat mayonnaise. Then she says no i can just give you ketchup. I told her you are not gonna tell me what to eat on my breakfast wrap and definitely not going to force me to eat it so give me my money back and I will sit here in this drive thru until I get it. Then man walked up and tried to explain the same thing and also said if we did have jelly we charge for it anyway. I told him just give me my money as she walked away. Then she comes back with jelly like here you don't need your money back I have jelly right here. So you lie to me and tell me you didn't have jelly then go to the back in get it. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life . I will not be back and there is no way you should be treating customers like that if they are paying their money to get what they requested. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! I REPEAT I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! I'M MAKING SURE EVERYONE ELSE I KNOW THAT LIKE DUNKIN DONUTS DON'T COME HERE EITHER BECAUSE SHE...

was immediately put off when my girls and i were given attitude when trying to place three seperate orders at the drive thru. we keep it extremely cute and respectful when it comes to interacting with customer service workers so just know nothing we did prompted the woman on the speaker to act like that. we simply ordered 3 drinks and 3 food items with no one in front of us… had to wait 20 minutes… okay. i attempted to use 900 reward points for a free drink to which the man at the window stated that my drink was not eligible, which was simply not true babe. 900 points gone. pissed me clean off. i don’t play about my points. on top of that, i ordered 2 ordered of snackin bacon. 8 pieces come in one order. so riddle me this: why did i get 4 LUKEWARM pieces per order? and the man at the window didn’t even give us a warm exit. handed us our order and closed the window in our face. safe to say my baddies and i will not be returning to this dunkin location… i recommend that you all do the same unless you wanna be faced with bottom of the barrel customer service and an unsatisfactory order. love y’all, have a...
