Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Niles Township

I'm editing my positive review to a negative one. I contacted my bank to find out if I had been credited for my dissatisfaction meal on 10-23-2022. I was in total shock to find out that not only was I NOT credited, I was charged $19.80 twice!! I called the store and Chris the manager that I had delt with originally wasn'tworking. I waited on hold for 10 minutes for Michael the manager before they said he would call me back (he was indisposed). He called me back and I explained the situation again (I explained it to the girl who answered the phone). He said that it looked like there wasn't anything they could do on their end. I was dumbfounded. I told him that I had spoken with my bank and only 2 charges of $19.80 had posted to my account as of 10-28-2022 and that that no credits had posted like Chris had told it would in 3-5 days. Michael said that the best that he could do was to offer me a store credit for $25.00. I'm out $40.00 in my bank account. My husband just passed away and you want to give me sandwiches instead of my money back. What a compassionate person and company. My daughter went to Cary Grove High School. I can't wait to share this with everyone on her Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and maybe we'll do a TikTok. She's got a ton of followers on all of her social media. I went from being a truly satisfied customer to a downright disappointed and disgusted customer. I strongly encourage people to look at Jimmy John's ethics before ordering because what you see isn't...

I recently visited Jimmy John's for lunch and was blown away by the service I received. The general manager, Gerard, went above and beyond to make sure my experience was top-notch.

First of all, the sandwiches are to die for. I ordered the Vito (hold the mayo) and it was packed with fresh, delicious ingredients. The bread was soft and the meats were perfectly sliced. I've never tasted anything like it.

But what really made my visit memorable was Gerard. He was so funny and friendly, and he made sure to check on me throughout my meal. He even offered me a taste of his famous secret sauce, which was out of this world. I'm not sure what's in it, but I think it might have cured my cancer (I'm just kidding, please don't sue me).

All in all, I highly recommend Jimmy John's for a delicious and entertaining lunch experience. Gerard is a gem and I can't wait to visit...

Best JJs I’ve ever been to, hands down. Super friendly, chill staff that rlly made the stop so enjoyable today, no easy feat for a sammich joint. I hope they all get their Xmas bonuses/all the benes bc they are above and beyond awesome. Sandwich, large drink, cookie, and brownie ran me $17+, which is pretty in line w how crazy prices are getting these days. I told them about my $14 MILKSHAKE from last week, and they were also appalled lol! Service jobs aren’t easy, and I really appreciated their warmth and friendliness and how awesome they made my sammich with care. Even cutting it in half after the fact. Portillo’s might have the huge line out the door, but the JJblt is rlly where it’s been at for me, lately. I hope to stop by again when I’m back in the area. Toast to them!...
