Tim is an incredible soul who runs his business with integrity rather than just for money. Everyone is treated like FAMILY (customers & employee's). I'd rather put my $ $$ into an establishment that prioritizes integrity, cleanliness, & hospitality. Kush Hookah Lounges Hookahs are disinfected between customers, the establishment is spotlessly cleaned every night. The establishment gets deep cleaned every few months depending on the cleanliness of the establishment. Let's not forget the bathroom, disinfected EVERY night and THROUGHOUT the night!!! Oh & the ventilation? Tim has the top of the line ventilator in his establishment. I've been to a few Hookah Lounges & couldn't even breathe!! Ventilation is extremely important!!! The establishment is ran smooth with hospitality serving the best hookahs w/ an enormous list of shisha brands & shisha. You can smoke the traditional style or the evolution of Hookah. Firstly, it was a spontaneous decision to visit this place. As soon as I entered, I got the vibe that this place really needs better front staff to provide good service to customers.

I don’t understand how they apply their charges I’ve been going to hookah parlour every week for the past five years, and this was probably my worst experience.

I first ordered a “Sex on the Beach” flavor, and it was terrible it was choking and harsh. Hookah quality completely depends on how it’s prepared. Later, I ordered Double Apple, and it was just as bad. Honestly, even a kid could do a better job if I showed them how to set it up. Again, it was harsh and choking.

The staff took 45 minutes just to come and change the coal. Like, what the heck? They were just sitting on the couch not asking customers what they wanted. I literally had to get up and ask for everything myself.

On top of that, one of my friends mentioned that it was stinking really badly from the couch area, which made the experience even worse.

Pros: I want to be generous and give 5 stars but I like to be fully honest about the review. Interior; the place is flawless clean. Clean furniture, spotless bathroom, great coffee (macchiato was pretty good) On point customer service, seating assigned whether in groups, or by yourself, they get you somewhere you're comfortable. It's best to call in ahead as you may need to make an appointment.

Music mood is just about right. Not too loud, not too quite. Pretty lively and active place.

Has parking lot (free)

Busiest at Saturdays and or usually passed 11pm.

Cons:

No hats policy though not a big deal. I can relate the dress code and preventing criminal activity.

Personal portable vape device users not friendly. Should you feel you would like to come in and kick back and relax, think again. Even if you feel ordering something, location doesn't allow you to dodge the $20 surcharge. If you're not ordering a hookah there is a 20$ surcharge.
