We got ourselves this time a Pistachio Croissant, a Pistachio Milk Cake, Pistachio cheese cake and Matari Coffee.
Pistachio Croissant: to Say Horrible is being generously polite in describing it. Very hard, very dry, just drizzled with pistachio butter (taste's awful).
Pistachio Milk Cake: Ah this one, let me try to be polite here. Felt like A Parle G biscuit or lotus biscuit pack grounded into a powder with sugar, adding on top is extremely sweetened milk, then left in a refrigerator for overnight when the powder is soggy, adding a nice layer of whipped cream and then smashing a single piece of Pistachio and putting it on top.
I could feel the sugar (not completely dissolved) while eating it.
Pistachio Cheesecake: Ah, an imitation of or the deravative of Dubai Chocolate. The base was very hard harder than other biscuit bases, made of dark chocolate. On top was green colored Kunafa with trace amounts of pistachio butter, topped with Cheesecake which was "okay" in taste. The other two lowered our expectations to such a degree that it felt better than the whole order.
Matari Coffee: it was extremely sweet Matcha Tea. Nothing special. Despite being a dine in order, it was served in a togo cup. Not at all decorated like shown in other pics.
I thought Matari would be better with the amount of instagram reels and what not but was extremely...

Your team has gotten worse , they dont want to be there and care not for the drinks they serve. I honestly want you all to either sit with Yemenis or go to the mother ship in Michigan to each yourselves how it's supposed to be done. Coffee and tea is a point of pride for Yemenis and you guys are ruining it. The very last Adeni Chai I had there was straight up Indian Chai...I could of went to Devon and had some , do the owners you franchised from know that you don't care to serve the right thing ? Do you have any passion for you are doing and serving ? Call it something else if you want to serve other types of drink, don't shame our drinks and make it something else. You can and need to do better , or change the name of your restaurant to " I don't give a damn Chai" .
My earlier comment: Everything is great , the only thing I have to say is a Yemeni - they need to try harder saying menu in a better pronunciation. I understand the majority are not yemeni and are trying hard , but this is a point of pride for us that we finally have yemeni coffee, tea and goodies to show to the community. I hope for continued success...
Read moreNestled in the heart of the city, this pastry cafe is a true gem for anyone with a sweet tooth and an eye for aesthetics. The pastries here are nothing short of beautiful—each one crafted with precision and care, looking almost too good to eat. But once you take a bite, the taste is even more impressive. From flaky croissants to rich, decadent cakes, every item on the menu is a delight for the senses. The cafe itself boasts a beautiful design, with cozy corners, elegant decor, and a warm ambiance that makes you want to stay for hours.
However, there's a catch. This spot has become a popular hub for students and remote workers, and it’s not uncommon to find nearly every table occupied by someone with a laptop and a latte. While the atmosphere is perfect for focusing, it can be frustrating if you’re just looking to sit down and enjoy your coffee and pastries. On busy days, you might find yourself waiting for a seat or opting to take your treats to go. It’s a testament to how inviting the space is, but it does make it challenging for casual visitors to fully enjoy the experience.
Despite this, the quality of the pastries and the charm of the cafe make it worth a visit. Just be prepared to either wait for a spot or embrace the to-go option—because these beautiful pastries are too...
