McDonald's — Restaurant in Niles Township

The line in the drive through was long and the restaurant was really busy, even inside. Despite the long lines in the drive thru, it seems to move fast, which is really nice, so I would not have to wait long for my turn and, of course, for the food. When I was ordering, I noticed that the staff were not friendly. She is somehow nice, I think, and she is also not rude, and as long as she is not rude, it is good for me. I only ordered a few things, which consisted of their quarter pounder, ten pieces of chicken McNuggets, and a drink. Getting the food is also super quick. The food was hot. The quarter pounder was perfect. It tastes amazing and is definitely fulfilling. I like how juicy and cheesy the burger is. I also like its portion because the portion of the quarter pounder is perfect for me, who loves burgers. The chicken nuggets were also fresh and hot. It is crispy and juicy as well. However, the dipping sauce given to me was only one. Like I said, I got ten pieces of chicken McNuggets and the dipping sauce was only one, which is definitely not enough. The older hispanic man on drive thru/frozen drinks needs to get his act together or be fired. Seriously. We were in the drive thru today March 2nd between 2pm-2:15pm. We start our order with two frappes, a smoothie, 2 burgers and a fry. This man repeats our order as 3 frappes, 4 burgers and constantly is messing up and laughing with his coworkers about the mess up. It took us at least 3-5 minutes to order and was NOT FUNNY. We get to the window and he is still laughing and asking us if we do not like him. It doesn’t matter, we are here for our food and not for an older man who acts like a teenager messing up our order carelessly. He then puts our frappes on a cup holder and in the process dips his fingers into the whipped cream/caramel on top. this is DISGUSTING, and we ask him to remake them. he just takes off the whipped cream and puts more on and gives it back to us. this kind of behavior from an adult is not acceptable. We went through the drive through at around 11:30 pm tonight. Ordered a chicken nugget Happy meal and an extra drink. There were about six cars in line, but it took almost 20 minutes to get through because there wasn't enough staff (it seemed) to process our orders. The speaker at the menu board was broken so it was very hard to understand the employee taking our order. The order looked fine on the board though, so we proceeded. After we finally got our food, we drove away so as not to hold the line up and found that the sauce we requested for the nuggets wasn't in the bag. I don't blame the workers for this (mostly, though the sauce missing was on them, and is one of the most common issues at most McDonald's).
