TBK GRILL — Restaurant in Niles Township

Game 3 of the 23/24 NBA Finals and having The Boyz over to watch totaling 8 of us. Was tired of the normal pizza regimen. Decided to try something different. Well, the Mavs didn't show up but TBK Grill and Angel did! Ordered the TBK Family Pack at 1PM for 5:30PM pick up which was ready for me on arrival. Angel gave me two trays of meat in which he split in half and had all 4 types of meat for my guests to choose from. Plus, a whole tray of rice, beans, and corn & flour tortillas with plenty of paper (NOT Styrofoam) plates. Add guacamole, chips, sour cream, green salsa, red salsa, tomatoes, cilantro, cheese, hot peppers, & lettuce for toppings in separate containers. I know what you're thinking, "I don't want to have transfer all of that into storage containers at the end of the night." ALL of it came quality containers in which you just put the lid on and throw in your fridge. Plenty of food for the next day as well as my kids and I have been making tacos all day. Made a large order of 100+ and alot of it had missing food. I tried to call them ahead of time before making the drive again and the worker said they were checking, but after 5 seconds they hung up. After trying to call back numerous (10+) times they were not answering and ignoring my calls. I finally decided to show up to the place and they said their phones aren't currently working and that they will make my missing items. I called them as I was waiting to see if their phones were really down, and to my surprise the line magically happened to be working again (their phone line was never down, they were probably just lying and wanted to see if they could get away with not giving me my full order). Anyways, after all of that, it took an additional 45 minutes (including the wait time to get my missing order made) to get my missing items. Ordered on Uber Eats, they called and said they were closed (even though the time was posted that they were available till 8:45 and we ordered at 8) but they refused to cancel my order. If I were to cancel it myself it would charge me $27. I called them 4 times in a row where they kept hanging up until finally someone answered. I asked them to please cancel since it was going to charge me and it wasn’t my fault. They said okay and hung up, but did not cancel still.
