There are 2 reasons I'm giving this store 4, instead of 5, stars. I am a huge fan of Arby's Jamocha Shakes and their Cherry Turnovers. To be honest, I've never found anything similar that comes close to being as good as what you get from Arby's. Their roast beef has gone down hill but it's been like that for some years now so I don't base my rating on the sandwiches because they are expected to be sloppy and rubbery. My most recent visit ended in multiple disappointments because after being asked if I would like any sauce, the worker closed the window only to return with the bag containing my sandwich, cheesesticks, and marinara. I didn't realize it until I was home and im not driving 30-45 min back just for Arby's and Horsey Sauce. Thankfully, the cheesesticks and shake were enough to fill me up so my oldest son ate the sandwich. But how disappointing, especially since the guy specifically went back just for those 2 sauces. Now my last issue is learning that Arby's no longer carries any of the turn overs. I'm highly upset because of this and I hope it isn't a permanent thing. And the only thing they replaced them with is cookies. I'm super disappointed and won't be going nearly as often anymore. Read moreTERRIBLE!!! i called to make a complaint about our food, (my "sandwich" was missing the top bun) the guy CHUCK, said he was the manager. he certainly didn't conduct himself as any form of authority..... he was reluctant to say he was the manager, very rude and condescending, mostly complaining about HIS bad day. i advised him that his staff was rude, because my husband mentioned that and i knew they were the last i was there as well. He didn't seem to care at all. I explained to him that if he had received cold fries and partial sandwich and paid full price he would'nt be happy and he simply re told me about his bad day!! If we are hungry for Arby;s anymore, we'll drive to Springfield! Better then dealing with Nixa...
Read moreI want to give a shout out to the two employees (only two) who single-handedly ran the entire restaurant, the evening of 9-19-23. When I pulled up to the drive-thru the CSR told me it would be a couple of minutes before he took my order. I appreciated that he acknowledged me and gave me the courtesy of telling me he was fixing a problem.
When he took my order he wasn't hurried or frazzled. Very polite, and yet, was in the middle of a crisis. Hats off to you, sir.
Food was flowing, the drive-thru line was moving. These employees stepped up and did what they needed to. I hope the Owner will also step up and reward them for not having to close the restaurant due to a shortage of staffing, because...
