At 1:30pm I went to the drive up window at this location #275 N. Massey In Nixa and placed my order. Upon receiving my order, I noticed the large order of French fries were about 50% less than they should have been. I looked into the bag to see if they may have spillled out and only (2) fries were in there. Hardly the rest I was missing. So, I asked the girl working the window if I got the right large order of French Fries or maybe she made a mistake and had given me a small by accident because these weren’t even close to being a large size. She said “Check the bag” I said that I had done so and she proceeded with a very poor attitude responding - “They are the large”. Then she walked away and came back with “The new bag of large fries” And it was about a little less than we originally received. Read moreMy wife and I stopped in on 05/25/23. I always liked braums in Nixa MO. But this time was not a good experience. No doubt the drive thru was busy I ordered a junior cheese burger meal with a chocolate shake. Wife ordered a chicken sandwich. It took forever to get our food. Even longer for my chocolate shake. Well my burger was terrible, looked like someone had stepped on it. Wife's chicken sandwich was tasteless. All a bunch of young kids working behind the counter. They did more goofing off then paying attention to not just our order but others also. Then if some of there friends came in they just went stupid, being loud that you couldn't talk to the people you were sitting with. Four girls walked in. And they thought they were all comedians. If they were working for me they would be polite and professional to there customers. We are very disappointed and will never go back. Read moreI have always loved Braums!! I both eat there and food shop at my local Braums. Until recently, I would have rated them a 5 star. But~Every visit in the past few months to grocery shop, have been Quite frustrating. While trying to communicate with the cashier, she had to resort to a translation app on a cellphone Or a manager had to be summoned. None of the communications were lengthy or complicated. Everyone gets delayed. The manager, customers in line behind me and for me. It can't possibly be pleasant for the cashier either. WHY hire someone that is involved with customers NOT required to speak at least some English?!? And she's still there! She hasn't been using her phone for translations.
