This was my first time inside of a jersey mikes ever and boy can I tell you, it will be my last. I ordered two subs ahead of time and then went in to pick them up, by the time I got there it had already been 25 minutes since I had ordered and when I asked how long of a wait on my subs the kind lady at the counter told me she was told 5-7 minutes, that’s reasonable I thought. After an HOUR of waiting I witnessed one of the workers belittle two delivery drivers and even kick one out for simple doing his job, who was the horrible worker you wonder? I was told he was the owner. Poor service, unprofessional environment, and completely lacking in human decency. To the woman at the counter thank you for being so kind, to this franchisee, know that you lost a customer for this brand for a lifetime for your poor behavior and actions. You need to really re evaluate your life and stop shouting at people who ask you...
Read moreThe staff was rude. Seemed like they were very bothered to have to make the orders. We never got asked what type of bread we want. We never got asked if we wanted any veggies on our subs. Multiple employees rolled their eyes when asked questions. The sub itself tasted fine. It could have been better if the bread was actually what we wanted.
