Taco Bell — Restaurant in Noble Township

Place an order in drive thru today at 1pm they shorted my order I went inside and stood at the counter for 5 min while workers continued to look at me but say nothing finally I say is there a manager that can help seeing how you keep looking at me and doing nothing. A scraggly guy walks up and tells me that I’m not as important as other customers in the building. I then tell him he is rude and instead of wanting my food I want my refund. He then throws the receipt at me and tells me he isn’t refunding nothing. A lady Tanisha comes over and basically is causing more issues than just giving my money back. The guy that appears to be on drugs then continues to run his mouth. I said I wanted his name to contact his boss he then tells the lady to not give his name and then goes on to tell me how I need church and everything else. I’m not denying I didn’t say anything rude because of the rudeness that came from them. Check the cameras you will clearly see he started it by throwing my receipt at me. Why wouldn’t I defend my self. This is the kind of people this company has working for them. It’s a shame. By the way did I mention all other customers was taking care of in the lobby but me. But I’m not important but if it wasn’t for your customers you would...

I was originally so excited to hear there was another taco bell opening in defiance because the one on second street was so great. This taco bell is awful. I've tried it multiple times the last 5 months and every single time, no matter what I get, the order is wrong or messed up somehow. Last time I went I order the chicken challupa meal with no tomatoes. What I got? Ground beef extra tomatoes and no sour cream. This time I went got crunchy tacos and they were placed half wrapped upside down in the bag. The chicken quesadilla we got was barely cooked and not even cut. They didn't give us napkins, straws, sauces we asked for, or forks. Then when we asked for those things the person at the window have them to us one at a time with an attitude and still we didn't get straws. I'm done wasting my time and money here and advice that you don't go either.

So disappointing but I will no longer eat there and will tell others not too as well. I'm usually very understanding as I've worked fast food before but these aren't mistakes at this point it's employees not caring...

Beyond pathetic customer service. I went through the drive thru tonight and placed an order for 10 items. it took awhile at the pick up window and the girl handed my bag to me and said "it's all in there I'm sorry it took so long" I told her it's fine no big deal. Get home and I literally have 5 of 10 items missing. I called and was prepared to go pick it up and was informed at this point they are only open for door dash and mobile orders and I would have to order my food again. I said so you are telling me you are there, making food and I can't get my food without ordering it again? I'm not paying a delivery charge on top of paying for food i already paid for and she hung up on me. I drove out to speak to a manager and they wouldn't come to the window. A guy sitting there eating ice cream laughing.. I have never placed a corporate complaint but this.... There is a first time...
