Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Noblesville

I’ve always wanted to get Denado‘s I haven’t eaten at Denado‘s in a very long time because I have always ordered Denado‘s in Carmel when I lived in Carmel. But now I live in somewhat Noblesville and I decided to order Denado‘s tonight for my first time in Noblesville on Connor Street well my husband went in there and picked up the pizza he came out and told me how rude the lady was at the counter. Then I pursued to open up my pizza make sure my purchase was correct and I looked at the pizza and The crust what is bird so I took it back inside and I walked in and the lady had an attitude as soon as I walked in and I told her what was wrong with the pizza and I asked for a refund and she told me I could not have a refund until tomorrow and I said excuse me I would like a refund tonight and she refused to give me a refund and I would have to wait until tomorrow to get my refund and I said no it is unacceptable I’ve been working in the restaurant business for 40 years she made some other comments to me which was very unprofessional which I am not going to come out on that but anyways she’s very unprofessional she told me she was the manager and she had an attitude like nobody’s business and she told me that I could not get a refund until tomorrow and I kept on saying it is on acceptable I am going to get a refund my husband paid cash she still said other things to me that was very unprofessional which I’m not gonna say but anyways I’m not gonna keep commenting everything what I happen but I am going to call the manager or the owner tomorrow so if you’re planning on ordering from this restaurant I advise you to go to Pizza Hut or Noble Romans R Puccini‘s you’ll get so much...

I ordered a small pizza with pepperoni and extra hot honey, with light sauce and well done. I've worked in several pizza places, including Donatos. This isn't a difficult order.

The pizza had no hot honey, which when you only get 2 toppings is a bit annoying. Worse, it must have had extra sauce if anything and was clearly undercooked. I showed up 2 or 3 minutes early, and absolutely wouldn't have minded waiting there 4 or 5 minutes for it to be finished.

I know it happens, like I said I've been there. I have never complained or left a review anywhere because usually the person just made an honest mistake and the person you complain to had nothing to do with it. But this time just disappointed me, and I had to speak up about it. 2 toppings, just a couple times over with a drizzle of the honey and I would have been good.. it shouldn't be hard.

Oh, and I know they just want to make their shift as comfortable as possible, but when you walk in and they have music so loud you can't hear the guy at the front counter, it's just a tad unwelcoming. Probably won't be back, ...

Ordering from this location has been extremely hit or miss over the years.

The food is what you'd expect from a Donatos, but it feels like over half the time I order from there there's an issue with my order. Sometimes it's over an hour after the delivery estimate, it's entirely wrong, or they're missing an item.

Management is quick to apologize for the errors, but at that point the damage has been done.

For instance, tonight the driver apparently mistook my order for someone else's, as he asked for payment, even though I'd ordered and paid online. By this point, it was around 40 minutes past the order estimate. After some confusion it was apparent he didn't have my order, (He supposedly had several of the items I'd ordered, but I just had him take everything back to the store regardless).

I called the store and the manager voided the order and offered me some credit for a future order as an apology. I doubt I will be using it...
