This location said that I would get 800 dollars for my phone trade in. They received the phone and they still have not given me the proper discount. I have spoken with corporate and this store and they told me almost a month ago that this would be taken care of....said they took notes and sent me to three different stores assuring me that one of them will take care of it. They were not honest. Nothing was fixed. I have been paying more then I should. False advertisement and they have my old phone and claim they don't. So far... Awful experience. They have my property and did not give me the discount they promised in return. I've called too many times and the actual store never gets back to me. I've been in there in person and they assured me they needed to fix the mistake but haven't.
Town and country Blvd is the Verizon store to go to if you want the job done. Over a year ago, one of the employees took a phone that we turned in and didn't put it in the system right and it still shows we have it and we owe on it. I paid cash for the second new phone. However the phone came olin on the third and I never received a phone call stating it was in. I finally had to call on the 7th and they said its in and to come in whenever you get it activated. I show up at 5:40 to get the phone activated and they tell me they don't do activations after 5:30 because of how long it takes. I get that part too, but the fact that nobody called my when the phone had been there for 4 days and the fact that they said come in whenever to get it activated... Not it is here we stop activations at 5:30... Took off work early to try to get this accomplished and now I will have to take more time off work to finally get this...
