I love this stored however my experience at this location was terrible. I needed one more cushion to complete my patio, so I ordered online and drove 30 minutes to this location to pick it up. My normal location is super friendly, staffed well, and has minimal wait times. This location was not the same experience. I waited at the register for 5 minutes with 2 other people before a cashier even walked up to the register. She had an attitude, didn’t greet me, wasn’t friendly at all. When I told her my last name and then clarified how to spell it, she didn’t let the person who finds the orders know how to spell it. When I asked her about that she rolled her eyes and said they’d figured it out and if they didn’t, they would call. IMO this is TERRIBLE customer service. Why would you waste anyone’s time like that? The customer or the other staff member’s time? I will not be going back to this...

However, when I went to ring out the cart full of items I purchased, the cashier got extremely confused and kept ringing things, voiding them, and then re-ringing. In the end, when I got home and studied the receipt, I had been overcharged by $45. I called the store manager and was told I'd have to come back to get my card credited the $45. I explained the 4-hour round trip, but she said that's their policy. So I contacted corporate, only to receive the same "that's our policy" response. I even offered to accept a gift card as a make-good, but their answer was 'no.' So they expect me to spend $50 in gas to come get my $45 refund for THEIR mistake. Read moreI use like to go to this store, last time I went there and was going to buy a area rug, then I saw a sign to ask front desk for assistance, so they call someone to come to rugs area, I was really unpleasantly surprised, when one of the employee, came with attitude and asked me if I already looked for the rug, so I told her that’s why I asked for assistance, she was so annoyed and very rude. I totally understand that they have shortage of people and they have to hire people who doesn’t have a knowledge in costumer service at all, that Asian looking lady, probably had a bad day, or she is just a moody person, but what I don’t understand, what any of this has something to do with me. Next time, I will better take my business to some other branch....
