So, my husband and I came to the Perkins in Noblesville, we were in the area and I had just gotten off from work and wanted breakfast. I had not had Perkins in a long time, but when I did breakfast at Perkins, it was amazing. The food was Great, the staff was amazing.....even the manager came around to us to make sure we were ok and asked us about how the food tastes. Not to many restaurant managers come out to check on their customers to see if they like the food or see if they need to change something. This manager is everywhere and checking on everyone and everything like he should. All the other staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the food. They could tell you about something on the menu or what they would suggest to go with certain other things. Then there is the coffee. When I say this coffee is FRESH...... OMG it is FRESH. I make coffee all the time when I am at home, but I can't top their coffee. What ever the brand is, it is pretty good. My second visit I took some coffee with me to drink later. It even gives you that extra energy that you need to keep going. The Atmosphere is Great too. Even thought other people are their eating and enjoying themselves as well you can still eat and enjoy yourself and hear yourself talk with whom you brought in with you. The restaurant is clean, they keep the floors clean and even the ladies room...
Read moreWe tried to dine at this restaurant (Noblesville) this morning. We realized the man sitting in a booth directly side by us (we were at a table) was playing loud Gospel music on his phone - it was a distraction to us at our table. I kindly asked him if he would turn his music down and he refused. I went to the front counter and asked that the manager speak with this man to turn down or off his music. She walked over and he declined to accommodate her request - she walked away and did NOTHING. Then to boot, he started singing to his (Gospel) music. He and I exchanged a few words - he wanted me to mind my own business and I wanted him to exercise common courtesy when in a public place and it went nowhere. I asked again for a Manager, and she came by and offered to move us - I said no, why should we be inconvenienced, move him. If she was not going to do anything about his annoyance, then comp us for our meal because we were not able to enjoy ourselves. There needs to be a policy where people cannot play or listen to their phones/music in a public restaurant. I am VERY disappointed and angry with Perkins for doing NOTHING. Why is it anymore that the people who are the perpetrators are accommodated and not those that are negatively impacted by their ignorance and sense of...
Read moreSo I’m not sure what’s going on here but I couldn’t find or track down a manager to talk to about the issues I had. I ordered the big cowboy skillet and the picture and description all sounded and looked so great and I got something served to me that looked absolutely nothing like the picture there was nothing there smallest portion I’ve ever had. The ham was never even cooked. I know how breakfast restaurants work in the morning the sausage bacon and ham is already cooked and diced in the morning to prep for the rush, Gravy is already made and kept hot and eggs and tater tots take 5 min tops to cook why did it take 40 min to be served this plate it was cold when I got it....Then I start to eat and I find a small price of copper wire which I think could have come from the dish washing process or something overall just very disappointed in the place the only thing they had going from them was my server nyree he was good but the hostess triple sat him so I felt bad for him and him being new he did the best job he could do. I asked for my banana but muffin to go but that didn’t...
