Maria's Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Noblesville

I have never in my life been asked to get up from a table at a restaurant right after we took our last bite of food. We met our good friends who drove from Martinsville to have a fun birthday dinner for our daughter. We arrived at Maria’s a bit before 6pm tonight and it was not super busy and had the pick of where we wanted to sit. We ordered our drinks…half of which didn’t come until after the food was brought and only came because of asking a few times and a few different severs. We asked for an extra salsa and chips as we sat down so each family had their own….they never brought us those after several times asking. We ordered cheese sauces as well for appetizers…my food and one other persons came as well. Once we waited for all of the food to be served in several shifts we then got our appetizer cheese sauces. Our friends had asked for and extra plate and rice as they were sharing fajitas. Took 3 time’s asking for that stuff and never getting it as well. They then changed us for the extra rice never received. We ate our food and the second we were done and never bringing the drink refills we asked several times they began to clear the table taking all of our drinks that we were not done with as well as all of our plates and chips as salsa not asking if we wanted more to drink or anything else. We then were approached twice to get up and leave as other parties were waiting…we literally had been there less than an hour total. My husband said something to a server and told him we come in here a lot to be told that if they weren’t busy we could have stayed as long as we wanted to. There were a few other large parties who had been there way before us that were done and not being treated the same. We normally are not treated like this there. We spent way over $100 and they could care less. I will NEVER step foot in that Maria’s Mexican Restaurant again. I felt as we were being singled out for some reason. Our friends drove a long way and we were trying to have some fun. I had told the server we were celebrating our daughters birthday and nothing was done about that. I was embarrassed we had recommended us eating there because it was such an shameful experience. Why would they treat people like that. There are way too many Mexican restaurants to choose from to be acting like this…let’s do...

I went a few days ago for lunch while at work and have recieved the worst service ever. The guy who took my order was very rude from start to finish. Well I figured maybe he had a rough day. So decided to take my fiance there tonight and give it another try because it was very good food. Needlesss to say again same guy I dealt with a couple days ago took our order. Things started off great, food came pretty fast and well it was messed up. I informed the guy that we asked for beef not shredded. Instead of just fixing our order he decided to have an attitude about it and tell us that we need to remember next time to order beef. Again I told him we did, then I asked if he would fix mine. So he took it, brought it back and I asked if he would fix my fiances so he takes it and brings it back and throws the plate on the table almost causing my fiances drink to be knocked over. As we are eating my fiance noticed that the server had the kitchen person scrap the shredded beef off and place it with regular beef instead of having the kitchen re make the whole order. The server was rude the rest of the time of us being there. As a first time customer I will never go back to this...

My family and I went here because we passed it a lot with living in the area and what a DISAPPOINTMENT!! I am FAR from a Covid worry freak but this place takes your chip basket and refills it, never replaces it, couldn’t tell if the salsa bowl was ever changed because they took it to the back as well. The reason I know the basket was only refilled is because the same drip of salsa that was on the paper, came back with the chip refill. The servers take your cups and refill them at the soda machine as well. My son was finishing his food and he found a hair, he took some food from my plate so I figured it was mine, until he continued to pull the hair out of the hamburger which was easily 3x my length! I know things happen, I got the servers attention to let them know quietly, he said NOTHING! Took the hair and walked away to return with a check for $50! We literally received NO APOLOGIES let alone a discount offer! I am soooo disappointed and wouldn’t ever recommend spending your hard earned money here with mediocre food and no worry for covid...
