I really didn’t want to come on here and make a review but after today I’m going to. I’ve came to this location twice and have ordered the famous bowl. Each time it’s been missing multiple ingredients. I try to call. No answer. I let the first time go. Ate some dry mash potatoes with no cheese, corn, or gravy. Last night I ordered the same thing. Was missing two ingredients to the bowl. I tried calling last night after I had gotten home. They will not pick up. Once I was home with my two children I was home for the night. I tried calling this morning. No one picks up. I decided to come back this morning to see if I could get a refund or another bowl. The guy, kind of gave off an attitude told me he can’t give me a refund without the food back even though I had shown him actual pictures of my food not being made right. He decided to give me a bowl made correctly but caught an attitude asking me what I wanted in the bowl? My response: I want the bowl how it is supposed to be made. He asked me again I said with the corn. He said that’s it? No I want the bowl made as advertised! Corn, chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and cheese. Why is the recipe not being followed? Y’all are just throwing whatever together and getting people out the dooor is not right. I don’t know what was so complicated about wanting my order made at advertised but he made it unnecessarily complicated because he was irritated. I will not be coming back here. You guys need more staffing. Better customer service, and nicer employees. I understand being understaffed, i was in the food industry but never once did I slack on preparing someone’s food or did not give them good...
Read moreFirst I would like to say that I would love to complain to the manager, but she is the one that did it. 🤷♀️ First I watched her drop the bucket on the floor and place it on the table to fill it. I asked the lady at the window if that other lady was seriously going to fill a bucket she just dropped on the floor. She looked nervous and wouldn't say anything, so I yelled through the window while she was putting chicken in it at this point and told her please do not put my chicken in the bucket you just dropped on the floor. She turned around, looked at me to see if I was talking to her, and said yes ma'am. I watched her slide it down where she thought I couldn't see and continued to fill it. As if that wasn't bad enough, here is a list of other things that went wrong. My 16 bucket meal came with 11 pieces of chicken which were mostly wings and backs. My 12 piece bucket meal of chicken tenders was instead 4 pieces of chicken backs. My chicken tender meal didn't come with any of it's biscuits. The fries which we used as 2 of our sides were only half filled. They also left the receipt out of my order. So, I paid $71 for receiving about half of what I actually ordered. I ordered just an 8 piece bucket of chicken through the drive through, the gentleman that took my order for some reason asked me to pull in front of the entrance and wait for him to bring out my food. Almost 20 minutes have past and nobody brought it out to me. So I went inside the store to find out what's going on. I asked the manager where my food is and she looked through the orders on the screen saying she did not see it. I started calling for the gentleman that took my order to figure out what happened; however, he rudely ignored until I started to raise my voice. He said that he remembered taking my order but did not know what happened to it. Basically, absolutely zero responsibility from either the staff or the management team. I also noticed that the manager that was making the food did not wear gloves but I realized that later because it was already pretty late and I was extremely tired.
