Last week ordered 2 pizza special deal, 2 liter, and a cookie. Pizza arrives and they are not as ordered. I called and spoke to manager and he was very unprofessional as he only seemed to blame it on me because of what I ordered and not how it was cooked. Some how its the cheese's fault the pizza were not well done as I had requested. After a period of time going back and forth he offered me a credit. He told me it would be connected to my number. So when I was ready to use just call. I said ok. I called and was told there is no credit. I was then passed over to the manager who again told me there was no credit. He then said but "i will get you takem care of". I ordered the same thing as last time but changed the crust and ordered a side of ranch and no cookie this time. The total was more than last time and I supposedly was getting a free pizza. I said i was confused bc i ordered 2 pizzas last time and i was supposed to have a credit he said oh well you only complained about 1 of the pizzas being wrong. (Oh so you are able to see I called and complained about my pizzas being wrong before and decidex to lie about it) I then told him there are specials that are less. He replied with he couldn't add a special to an order that has a free pizza. They are on a bunch of b.s. there. I wouldn't order unless you like fighting with people that feel they are right always right and eating food that was not what...
Read moreI ordered a large cheese pizza and order of bread sticks. It was delivered on time but did not include sauce for either pizza or breadsticks. I paid for and ordered 3 additional sauces. I tried reaching out to them on 4 different occasions to have them refund my sauce and share my thoughts. I did not and do not want anything for free. They did not want to answer the phone. Due to my persistence and their phone ringing a young man picked up the phone and accidentally left me on loud speaker. The female manager and him shared more than one should in the work place. He proceeded to explain to he that he cannot sleep at night without smocking a bowl. If he put as much time into double checking orders and answering phones as he does thinking about smoking week the customers would be in much better shape. He showed compete disregards for the consumers and the "manager let it happen" This was on March 27th 2022 at 8pm. I reached out multiple times on the following days after and still no answer. Examples showing lack of integrity and hard work makes me wonder what else they could be doing or not doing to the pizza. This honestly was not a big deal and is first world problems but it felt like a slap in the face to be just thrown on hold while they chatted up. Not due to them being to busy. Rant over. Fix this...
Read moreLook, we all know it's very hard to find good/loyal employees, but this place seems to really struggle. Not sure if that's to blame on the management or the employees at this point. We tend to order from this place once a week so we spend quite a bit of money here. Lately they seem to keep getting orders incorrect, forgetting to put in either the garlic or marinara sauces or the pizza is not made at the proper time and is cold! Lately the pizza has been a bit cold. I order online a lot and pick it up myself. The last time I scheduled for a future pickup; DON'T ever do that here, they can't seem to get things timed properly for I was 5 minutes early from when I wanted it ready and when they handed me the pizza I could tell it was sitting there a while by the warmth, or lack of, on the bottom of the pizza boxes. They can't seem to cut through the entire pizza and we've even received pizzas that hadn't been cut at all. Also, the wings were awful! They are very fatty and have little meat. The hot sauce isn't hot and the wings taste very greasy. This place could use some management training! When something is consistently bad you have to look at management!
