Definitely the worst Starbucks. The building is in a tight parking lot, people wrap around the building so many times that the car trying to leave drive thru is stuck and its a nightmare to watch. This isn't a one time thing either, everytime I come it's a mess in the lot. Like I have seriously set in line for well over 30 mins because there drive thru line is so backed up and people are blocking each other from leaving. And don't even think about parking and goung inside if you park you are stuck because all the cars behind you that have wrapped around the building. The worst part is, whenever I get from here the stuff is always really low quality. I got an ice coffee once that when I finally made it to front of line is was like all melted and just tasted watered down. Paid like $7 for ice water with a splash of coffee flavor. Read moreI love this Starbucks. Upon entering the store, you feel a clean and friendly atmosphere. Everything is well stocked and the choices are phenomenal. My personal favorite drink is the Nitro cold brew with sweet cream. I'm so glad that Starbucks got into that. The drinks are made very well and the level of service is great. Seriously, Nitro cold brew drinks are the best!
There are a lot of nice people in it. Everybody here is so sweet. I really appreciated Morgan's kind-hearted attitude and professionalism. Those are the kinds of things that makes my visit to places well worth it. I feel as if it makes or breaks the experience and even the drink. The same can be said about Ty. Went inside to pick-up my order instead and nothing was ready 10 minutes AFTER the suggested pick-up time on the app. I asked if I was at the right location showing my app order and it indeed was correct. They informed me that half of my order was given to someone else and they didn't have anymore. My drink also wasn't ready so I had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes for that and for them to refund my app payment card for the sandwich. I placed the order online approximately 30 minutes prior to the end time on leaving the store with just my drink that i still had to pay for.
