White Castle — Restaurant in Noblesville

Hi everyone! White Castle employee of 5 years here! I appreciate everyones kind words about our service but I would like to clear the air of a few things. The Coke company knows our ice machine wasn't producing ice - so we tried to fix it, but we were told to not put ice in the machine so they could have someone fix it. We didn't refuse anything and the ice machine is now working. Also, yes, we do run out of food or supplies from time to time but when we sell out of chicken rings because of a high demand, we cannot do anything but hope another castle location has extra! Even our warehouse runs out of supplies. We also cannot control the pricing of cheese (17 cents a slice) or what the menu board displays. We cannot control how much tax is added to an order. There are many things we cannot control that you may not know of but we try our best to make every costumer happy and satisfied! Us employees simply take the order and make the food so many complaints I have seen, we cannot control, unfortunately! I take pride in my job and have been here since I was 16. I have regular costumers I enjoy seeing every day and I love knowing their order, before they get to the counter! Terrible food, service, and not worth your time or money!!! I ordered the number 14 with a soda, and it says on the menu the cost is 7.29 but what they charged me was 9.25. When I asked the manager (Mike) why the cost was higher and he told me that it stated on the outside menu that there is an additional charge for soda and that it states that in small writing so it wasn't his fault if I couldn't read the menu. I told him I would go read the menu and I would be back. I read it from top to bottom and it does not state that anywhere on the menu and I told him I wanted my money back and he just said ok and gave me a refund. Aside from being over charged, upon looking at my order I found out that they didn't even toast the bread and gave me only a half an order of the tater tots that was mixed with fish bites. They have teenage kids working that don't have any common sense or the ability to do the job their getting paid to do. Neither the manager or employees show any respect or responsibility for the service they should be providing, don't waste your time...

We ordered around 30 cheese sandwiches with extra pickles because we had 9 people to feed one was a hungry teenage boy we also ordered a fish sandwich and drinks and a few other things. First issue they didn't give us the right amount of cups so we had to ask for more OK I can kinda get that. Next issue was their drink machine was completely out of coke which is odd because that's a big thing to be out of also they showed blue powerade on the screen but you click on it and there's no blue. Ok whatever. Next issue we asked for extra pickles on our sandwiches and I open them to each one only having 1 on each. How is that extra. Lastly and to me the biggest one the water in the restroom was only hot and it was extremely hot. My daughter couldn't stick her hands under in without saying it was burning her. So I had my husband take her to the men's. It was a little better but she had to go fast or it would burn her hands. That was the most frustrating part. Because is it legal to have it...
