A manager that threatens you. I would give zero stars if I could. Although given multiple chances and specific instructions on orders, they consistently get the delivery orders wrong. It might be ok going in, but they definitely don't pay attention to orders going out. And when you're allergic to an ingredient that you request not be on the sandwich, makes it a little difficult to trust anything they do. I would not recommend this store. Go to the one at Hamilton Town Center. Addendum: after calling and having the manager who answered argue with me that my sandwich was made correctly (there was a white creamy sauce on it (I’m allergic to one of their sauces there so couldn’t eat it) and I had to ask him if their pesto was green and tell him there wasn’t anything green on the sandwich, telling him he could have the sandwich back to see the mistake) and after apologizing for saying this whole thing was f-ing ridiculous (shouldn’t have used the F-word, but I didn’t call him anything, etc - and it was f-ing ridiculous over a sandwich) - the other manager Kylie came out with the correct sandwich. After showing her the sandwich and her trying to tell me the white sauce on the sandwich was a “type of pesto” they use (seriously? Pesto is GREEN, just like the kind she brought me this time), I thanked her and turned to go into my place. She then stopped, put her finger in my face and THREATENED ME, if I ever talk to her associates like that again. First of all, he was arguing with me. Yes, I got frustrated and cursed and APOLOGIZED for it. But she came out specifically to threaten me. They have other delivery people. It didn’t need to be her. And then, being so bold to threaten me, she refused to give me her name. So I got it from the store and now have a call in to the District Manager. Things had been fixed. Apologies had been made. And then she threatens...
Read moreMy partner and I have had issues at this Panera before. They are often missing breads or ingredients, causing us to have to find an alternative to what we came for. We have found plastic wrap in our Mac and Cheese, and often find brown avocados on our sandwiches. Once an employee was blaring heavy metal music in the back two hours before they closed, while the shop still had the radio going. It was a nightmare to listen to both radios at once, and did not stop for our entire meal.
However, we went back again today on my partners my lunch break to give this place another try. However we were shocked at how much they were out of. It was only 1 pm, on a Tuesday afternoon. We were planning to get the chicken avocado melt and strawberry poppyseed salad, but they were out of avocados and strawberries. Since those were the respective highlights of each dish, we decided to get the Fuji apple salad instead, but they were out of the mixed greens, which were also an ingredient on our second choice sandwich, the chicken salad sandwich. We got it anyway, and went to sit down, only to see that almost every single table was dirty. We found one of the less dirty tables to sit at, and ate. Our food was fine, the lettuce on the salad had some brown spots and seemed sparce, our baguette was a little hard. Not a very good experience, but not terrible. Especially for the price. We love Panera, but this location consistently...
Read moreI really, really hate leaving bad reviews, but I will absolutely never return to this location. While I waited for my order, I noticed that almost every order that came out was wrong and needed to be corrected in some way. It could've been the cashiers, but it was almost every order. What was unforgivable though, was the woman behind the food counter who treated a delivery person so rudely by making the comment "I don't know, it's on YOUR phone, not mine." when the woman was just simply confirming the name on the bag with her. I couldn't quite make out what she said after, but could clearly understand that she was making another comment about the woman to the other guy behind the counter, in front of about 5 other customers. I've worked in restaurants and hospitality for 10+ years and I was horrified that she spoke to her so rudely. I understand restaurants are pressed and short staffed these days but to be so rude for absolutely no reason was...
