Panda Express — Restaurant in Noblesville

Update: gave them a second chance. The rice was gross and hard. They did replace it when I complained but the food is just not up to standard.

Terrible service. The chicken was dry an visibly in need of replacing on the line. The employee stated that a new batch was coming up in a few minutes, so we proceeded to order it based on that. Then the MANAGER proceeded to have her serve the old chicken to us. We ordered spring rolls, which we had to wait on. So they packaged all our food up, we paid, and then they set it to the side behind the glass. My husband asked to have our food that was ready so we could start eating and the manager refused telling him that there were others in front of us and he would have to wait. The others waiting were other to-go orders that hadn't yet been prepared who were not in front of us, but after us. After we finally get our food, we complained to the employee who brought it out about not getting fresh chicken. The manager afterwards comes over and set two very small containers of chicken on the table, apparently to make up for the 3 servings we bought that were dry. She later, towards the end of the meal, brought us 2 free coupons for small items (2 spring rolls, or 1 egg roll, etc). Not enough to make up for the $25 we wasted on cold food. if I could give this place a "no star" rating after the terrible service I received last night I would but 1 star is the lowest I can give so that's what they get. I walked in at 9:10p and they had next to nothing available to eat, when the girl at the counter (who was less than friendly or interested) asked what I wanted, I asked when they would have some fresh food available and she basically said "tough $h!T, we are closing soon, to which my reply was the door says 10p, to which her reply was "tough $h!t, we are closing at 9:30", to which my reply was "its only 10 minutes after 9p. Her reply was the same. The guy that walked in after me was thoroughly put off by the terrible service too and one of the customers that was sitting down already eating asked me what the girl behind the counter said and I told him and he said that he got the same $h!tty service as well when they walked in at 9p. Unless your going in at prime time I would avoid this place at all cost, but im just one guy, I could be wrong!!! Doubt it,...

We order takeout from this place. I usually get a double order of orange chicken with the lo mein noodles. The servings are plentiful on both items. A lot of the times the orange chicken is so hard to chew you can’t eat it!!! The last time I was here, the chicken was cooked perfectly!!! The lo mein was hot too. My son gets the kids chicken teriyaki with a cookie. They used to give chocolate chip cookies now they give some pre packaged nasty cookie.. no good… As far as the drinks go, they are always out of tea!!! That’s my go to drink and it’s always a disappointment to see. Both tea containers are dry as a bone. I dare not ask if they can make more.
