If you order online from this location, be sure to check your order BEFORE leaving the store. My order included a bottled soda, which is an upcharge of 50 cents. Employee argued with my husband that it was the fountain drink. Whatever, ok I'll deal with that. But when I opened my BLT with all the letters, mayo and double bacon, all I found was toasted bread with 4 pieces of bacon. Completely wrong, head to the store to get a refund. Hours are until 930pm, got there 915pm - closed. Went to the window and honked to get her attention. When she finally came over, I got attitude and an eye roll. The gentlemen seemed nicer but must not have understood the word "refund". They remade the sandwich after I told both of them I didn't want it, I just wanted my money back. After saying it again, I finally got some money back but not for the whole amount. If you choose to go there, just be prepared. Placed an online order—online tracking says it’s done and I go in and they say they don’t have any online orders despite me being charged. I found a “cancelled order” email in my my junk mail, the charge was pending so they told me it should just be credited back. It wasn’t. Now I had to file a dispute with my card company. I didn’t end up ordering in store because I wanted the online deal being offered. Very annoyed and will no longer be using the online ordering and probably won’t be back to subway as it all seems sketch to just steal money from people like that. They always have an attitude, the close their store early, I have to wait in the drive-through for like 10 minutes before anyone even takes my order. Today I had to wait in the drive-through for 10 minutes and then I had to end up going inside because no one would take my order. Then when I asked the guy inside what was going on, he didn't even apologize, he just made up excuses .
