If I could give this place Zero stars I would. My older sibling found them on Facebook and messaged with questions about the what was in the teas and shakes. All they did was dance around the questions. When asked what coffee beans were used for the house blend they got blocked. Why is so hard to tell people what's going in their bodies? Allergies exist and ignoring them can have dangerous consequences.

People go on vacations as things with the pandemic settle down. Likewise a lot of our family lives in Indiana. Well, turning off the conversation is different from blocking them from commenting or messaging. They literally asked you what coffee beans you all use. I have a healthy shake daily for almost 2 years. This place is way off price compared to so many. It’s $9.50 for a medium shake. Many others you get a larger shake, small tea, and shot of aloe separate for that price. They DON’T HAVE STRAWS for the shakes. They have the small tea skinny straws. They don’t work for a shake. I asked several times and told them they don’t work. I even offered to bring them some. She said they don’t use them even after they know they don’t work for shakes. ??? Every other Herbal Life Place has the big straws. Every one but this one. They have no punch cards if you come daily. You have to buy 2 each time. I go daily to get a shake. I’m one person. I heard about this place because I was searching for a protein shake after working out and I am glad I found this place. The owner was working the counter there when I came in and some other regular customers were there and they were all very friendly and gave good recommendations. I eneded up going with the Cookies and Cream protein shake and it tasted amazing! Definitely recommend and will be back to try all the different choices they have which all sound so good!
