Boba Tea House is hands down one of the best boba tea spots I’ve visited. The ambiance is modern and inviting, with cozy seating and vibrant decor, making it a great place to hang out.

I ordered the brown sugar milk tea with boba and the grapefruit smoothie. The brown sugar milk tea was rich and perfectly sweetened, with chewy tapioca pearls cooked to the ideal texture—soft on the outside but with a satisfying bite. The grapefruit was refreshing, with a well-balanced tartness and sweetness.

They offer a variety of customization options, from sweetness levels to different types of toppings. The staff was friendly and patient in helping me decide what to order, which added to the positive experience.

I ordered the classic milk tea for me and the brown sugar milk tea with boba for my son. These are the hardest for anybody to screw up. This was absolutely the worst boba tea I have ever drink. One mouthful and I had to spit it out. Dumped both the cups. $15 literally down the drain.
