DO NOT BOTHER EATING FROM HERE! THERE ARE PLENTY OF BETTER PLACES AROUND! This place blatantly doesn’t care that they are false advertising. I have ordered the Penne a la Vodka 4 times now and the last 3 out of the 4 times it has been the wrong pasta. They call it Penne a la Vodka and they even have listed on their online menu that you can get penne or rigatoni, but it’s not true. No matter how many times I have specified that I want penne pasta, they always give rigatoni. Until this last time, I was I always told it must have been a mistake. Finally due to the kind young men that work there, it was explained to me that they actually no longer offer penne pasta at all so the “Penne a la vodka” will always come with rigatoni. It’s called PENNE a la Vodka because it is meant to be made with PENNE pasta. NOT RIGATONI!
In my opinion, the real reason they replaced the penne with rigatoni? Because rigatoni is a larger pasta overall so guess what! They can give you less pasta and save money. Not to mention the quality of the sauce has gone down each time too. It definitely tastes like they possibly thin out their sauce with water to stretch it out because this last time tasted like I was eating the pasta covered in only its own boiled water.
The owners and management have failed their employees with their false advertising and sneaky ways of screwing over their customers. You are putting your employees in a tough spot where they have to be the ones who get rude customers complaining in their faces because of your own shady business practices. Put your money into actually serving good food and stop cutting corners and costs to make up for the money you unnecessarily spent just to add “Jersey” to the front of your name.
TLDR: Their Penne a la Vodka dish is not penne pasta. Instead, the owners use rigatoni pasta so they can serve you less for the same price. Also their sauce has gone down in quality due to them adding water to stretch it out.

Edit after Owner’s response: I have ordered this dish 4 times and called in or spoke to your staff each time to bring it to your attention. It astonishes me that you think an appropriate response is to have me reach out to just “try again”. Honestly? I’m not interested in you getting it right one time to appease me and then going back to your cheap, shady ways. There would be nothing to make right if you actually served what you are advertising. You’ve got an Italian name there Vinny, but clearly none of the actual Italian pride to make sure your establishment is putting out good food. If you have a Nonna, I’m sure she would be disgusted by what your...
Read moreUnfortunately I have to be objective and impactful and fair to owner/operator and to the readers in general. I would like to give this new Pizza store a “Zero” star if the system allows it. We ordered the 18” Pizza with additions. I went to pick the Pizza up on time last night. They were late 20 minutes. Not an issue. The manager explained that they lost power during the thunder storm and offered a couple of garlic bread buns while waiting. That was a nice touch. I chatted with owner/operator that I am a new customer and that they were highly recommended on the Palencia FB Owners platform. I expected the Pizza to be better that the previous owners (was tasteless), and better than Costco Pizza (forget about price comparison because it is not fair). Well, Pizza is all about the dough. The dough was substandard (actually really terrible). Sauce was tasteless and the vegetables and toppings were completely tasteless. Ah, we also ordered a Putine. That was super disappointing having grown up eating a true Putine in Québec. Close to $50 bill (no delivery) for 2 adults and 1 child was also over-priced. This is a feedback to the owner to immediately change the dough recipe and quality of toppings, otherwise and unfortunately I predict they will not...
Read moreWhen I went in, I was pleasantly surprised at the update on the interior. It looks cleaner, brighter, and some please people would want to come to. As I place my order and ask for seating, the young lady just told me find a place to sit and wait for somebody to get up, which I found kind of off pudding. I ask is there a wait? Are there people before me? Or am I to just mow people down climb into a booth. She just looked at me and said, do you have to figure it out. I place the order two large pizzas and a small garlic knot and four small Styrofoam cup drinks for 60+ dollars. We sat outside until we saw a four top open up on the interior and scurried in as quickly as we could so that we could sit inside. Once we had our table, we thought it was all uphill from here. The cheese pizza came out a little undercooked, but edible. The Italian sausage, pepperoni and mushroom that came out in the dough was fishy. The bottom of the crust was firm, but the dough on the top was just not cooked. I asked the lady for a box and placed the entire pizza into it so that we could take it home and cook it properly. Not a great first impression of the...
